Hey Mike, I'm going to talk about this in the next update...

As for building sites out of the keywords, I'm guessing you mean adsense snipers? I'm not planning that at the moment..

Hey Mike,

How are the hubs working out for you so far? I'm working on putting up my first 100 but I'm curious to see if you're seeing the expected results or if it will take some time...

Also, are you going to build sites out for those keywords or as well or just leave them as hubs?

@Sara

Hey Sara, it can't be a lag because the hops never catch up...even for days passed, the difference is still there.

I'll send an e-mail, see what they say...

Ya, they'll probably open it up again sometime.

@Rob

Ya, thanks Rob, I'm pretty happy about being able to re-invest all this money and feel it's a necessity(at least with the hubs) to keep things growing at a good speed.

Thanks for the heads up on the automated PR checker, I'll have to look into that...I suppose I won't be running that aspect of it.

@scott

Ya, it sucks, I tried the direct order form link but it says it was removed from the CB marketplace! This kinda stuff happens though when BH'ish type software is released.

@jen

:/ Ya....I"m interested to see if these .infos rank. I know this would be killer with .org/net/com, but the big question in my mind is will this work with .infos...

Hey, Mike.

You're really keeping up a good pace. It's awesome you've built up the momentum in revenue to reinvest into your business. Unfortunately, I have to use all available revenue to pay bills. Once I'm over my living expenses, I can start to put the money into the business.

The only thing I'd caution you on is the automated page rank checkers. It could be just coincidence, but last time I used an auto pr checker tool google delisted a couple of my sites. These were very old sites.

I went to wf to figure out why some of my sites were suddenly delisted, even after years of presence and found a recent thread written by the same guy who started the "follow me to 100 a day in adsense". He ran into the same problem, got delisted.

His theory was that the auto page rank checking software in seo elite violated the terms of google. I verified this by looking into google which states that using automated pr checkers was a violation of their TOS. There was some dispute that using the software on limited domains should not trigger the delisting.

Anyway, I stopped using all the auto pr checkers and use sparingly all the other auto check this or that software. You might want to look into it and come to your own conclusion.

Mike - my hops seem to be matching up, but only after the whole day has passed. I just checked and yesterday's match but today's do not. There must be some lag time updating the new side? Have you emailed and asked about that? That is a big difference! I know there is lag time between the old analytics area and the transactions area because I have seen a sale under transactions before it showed up in the analytics area.

I was on the fence about Niche Devil but I guess it's too late. I'm sure it will be reopened in the future sometime so I will be watching to see how your sites do.
