Day 89 – Niche Devil & Hubs

August 2nd, 2009

Washington, Washing-ton…

Well now, it seems like if you didn’t pick up Niche Devil, you’re out of luck :/, Vic has gone and taken it off the market, he doesn’t want too many people using and taking advantage of it and causing a stir with Google…

That leaves everyone who has picked it up free reign to take advantage of it :>

It’s crazy…now that I”m used to it, if I’m in the zone, I can setup sites in LITERALLY 3-4 minutes.Β  This includes FTP’ing, Setting up Ebay Campaigns, copying and pasting them in along with the kw’s and pinging (doesn’t include BMD).

The big question though is, how will the .info’s rank?

Well, today I registered 45 more .info domains and put up 20 more of the Niche Devil sites spread out amongst several niches…will be interesting to see if there is any activity in the coming days now that I have 30 .info’s out there. BTW, neither my .org or any of my .infos are ranking yet..seems like it is a tough niche.

In addition to this, I spent some time outsourcing hubs, got 10 outsourced..I’m going to need to spend more time on this, I feel like I’m behind since I’ve been paying more attention to ND.

I also wanted to mention…one program which I found yesterday which is going to help me out big time in the managing of ALL my domains is Domain Dashboard.Β  If you’ve got a lot of domains and you’re finding it hard keeping track of them all, this is a free program (used to be paid, but became free SEO Cockpit came out) that lets you access your WHM and log into each of your websites CPanels to check their AWStats(works best with a reseller account)….it also lets you check all your sites page rank, keyword rankings and backlinks!

It’s not something that’s going to matter to you if you only have 10 domains(but keep it in mind for the future),if you have 20+ though, you’ll want to pick it up:

Earnings For Today:

  • $55.18 – 2 Sales from a sniper site, 1 Sale for Site#1
  • Adsense = $5.16 ($0.35 hub / $0.10 IB)
  • Hops = 457(old analytics) / 258(new)

Mike – my hops seem to be matching up, but only after the whole day has passed. I just checked and yesterday’s match but today’s do not. There must be some lag time updating the new side? Have you emailed and asked about that? That is a big difference! I know there is lag time between the old analytics area and the transactions area because I have seen a sale under transactions before it showed up in the analytics area.

I was on the fence about Niche Devil but I guess it’s too late. I’m sure it will be reopened in the future sometime so I will be watching to see how your sites do.

    Hey, Mike.

You’re really keeping up a good pace. It’s awesome you’ve built up the momentum in revenue to reinvest into your business. Unfortunately, I have to use all available revenue to pay bills. Once I’m over my living expenses, I can start to put the money into the business.

The only thing I’d caution you on is the automated page rank checkers. It could be just coincidence, but last time I used an auto pr checker tool google delisted a couple of my sites. These were very old sites.

I went to wf to figure out why some of my sites were suddenly delisted, even after years of presence and found a recent thread written by the same guy who started the “follow me to 100 a day in adsense”. He ran into the same problem, got delisted.

His theory was that the auto page rank checking software in seo elite violated the terms of google. I verified this by looking into google which states that using automated pr checkers was a violation of their TOS. There was some dispute that using the software on limited domains should not trigger the delisting.

Anyway, I stopped using all the auto pr checkers and use sparingly all the other auto check this or that software. You might want to look into it and come to your own conclusion.

Man, that sucks that Vic closed it. I was going to buy my copy TODAY! Oh well…It looks like it’s going to go really well for you! I can’t wait to see how it goes.

Hey Sara, it can’t be a lag because the hops never catch up…even for days passed, the difference is still there.

I’ll send an e-mail, see what they say…

Ya, they’ll probably open it up again sometime.

Ya, thanks Rob, I’m pretty happy about being able to re-invest all this money and feel it’s a necessity(at least with the hubs) to keep things growing at a good speed.

Thanks for the heads up on the automated PR checker, I’ll have to look into that…I suppose I won’t be running that aspect of it.

Ya, it sucks, I tried the direct order form link but it says it was removed from the CB marketplace! This kinda stuff happens though when BH’ish type software is released.

:/ Ya….I”m interested to see if these .infos rank. I know this would be killer with .org/net/com, but the big question in my mind is will this work with .infos…

    Hey Mike,

How are the hubs working out for you so far? I’m working on putting up my first 100 but I’m curious to see if you’re seeing the expected results or if it will take some time…

Also, are you going to build sites out for those keywords or as well or just leave them as hubs?

Hey Mike, I’m going to talk about this in the next update…

As for building sites out of the keywords, I’m guessing you mean adsense snipers? I’m not planning that at the moment..
