@Sara

Nice Sara..

Ya, that's the other thing, how targeted the keywords are..a good # are (some are even product name kw's) but not all of them are targeted, the ones that aren't I went after them due to lack of competition and volume of searches.

Ya, it's crazy, the income increase is a direct result of going from 90 hops/day to around 400-500/day, more hops = more sales!

I'm wondering about your keywords for the sniper sites? Are they really targeted? I have 8 in one niche and I've made about $400 off of two of them in 2 months. The most targeted keyword is #1 and the other is not as targeted but gets way more searches. The other sites are generating hops but no sales yet. I'm thinking those folks aren't in buying mode. Just wondering if you have analyzed that angle. That said, you are doing really great and I can't believe how much more you are making now than on Day 1 of your blog :D

@Sara

Well remember that I had put 10 up a LONG time ago...like over a month ago...so that's part of the reason(although these Hubpages clicks have been from a newer one)

I can't believe you are getting hubpages adsense income already. I have 29 up now and I haven't received any clicks. I have also not bookmarked them yet, so if you have, perhaps that is why.

@Bruce

I have 96 Sniper sites in 1 niche and 20 spread across 5 other niches..i made the majority in 1 niche as this is the niche which proved to be the most profitable, although I do get sales from the others.

and yes, I've definitely found it to be a numbers game, just keep putting them out, don't expect to make any noticeable amount of money with only a handful of them.

Mike thanks for the clarification.

I thought you were basically all in ONE niche (maybe some variations of it) but one main niche. Like, just for example, "Tires" y'know and then sites for Michellin XPlus tire, Firestone Road Hugger tire, etc.

But if its many different niches then your conclusion about likely sales volume with Sniper sites is even more persuasive. It makes it become even more a numbers game. :-)

@Bruce

Bruce, thanks man, I appreciate that!

What I'm seeing is 1-3 sales...at $25 a sale on avg, that's $25-75/site per month and again, only about 1/3 of my sites in any given month will generate this.

I have spoken to George about this, after which I did make a few changes which seemed to have helped a bit(I revised the copy a bit and added a more detailed about me page in addition to the author about me in the text widget), a bunch of them have now made their first sale after only 50-100 hops...however it's still too early to say..

Regardless, based on all the niches I tried out and copy variations I used, I find $200-500/site is FAR from the norm...my current results still support 1-3 sales per site each month from about 1/3 of your total sniper sites.

Mike I continue to like the way you track your stats so carefully and then analyze the results. It makes your blog so useful.

I don't know about the other readers but i think this kind of data and your progress overall is TEN TIMES MORE VALUABLE than most typical internet marketing sites with a bunch of recycled articles.

So, if I'm reading your latest comments correctly, you are seeing probably TEN PERCENT of the sales per site that George claims? Correct?
Say $30- $50 per site VS. $300 or more per Georges sites - right?

Assuming that, have you ever shown that to George? If so, has he seen any of your sites? Could it be the niche you've selected is responsible for producing the lower sales numbers?...or something else about the conversion, like the sales copy? Anyway, just thinking out loud. ....you're doing great!

@Shelly

Thanks Shelly...

The UAW articles will be for the Sniper sites I just created, 1 UAW Article will link to 2 sniper sites at a time...

As for the hubs, I'll be backing up the Hubpages with backlinks from Infobarrel.

Wow that's a lot of hops and a lot of sniper sites!

I'm looking forward to you making sniper sites for adsense. I think you will do well.

Are you going to submit UAW articles for the hubpages or is that for the sniper sites?
