Ya, 200-300 isn't enough, I get 600 at a bare minimum..preferably 700-800.

Looks like James answered your other questions..

Eckhart Toelle makes me experience abdominal pain with the ballyhoo and jabberwocky jive. (you feel me?)

Jon -

I can almost guarantee you that your results with the 300 submissions is due to the keyword funnel you generated.

I just did this the other day, had a list of only 5 or so kw's, from most specific to most broad categories...then I did the three drop-down boxes (if you're using the One Step Wizard and not the Easy Wizards...), again picking them in order from first choice to third.

Anyway, my first try I only got 860 or so potential directories - this is if you hit "test" and it calculates how many you could reasonably expect to maybe get a submission to...it's always up to the site owners if they want to accept your content or not.

After that attempt, I played with the keywords/categories a bit, and in 2 minutes had 1100 to submit to. There is a good tutorial in their tutorial section, there's a video as well as an article on it I think (maybe just the article).

It doesn't matter how many pages your site is, it only matters how you select your kw's. It has to be from most niche/specific, to most broad.
Then test it before you submit. You can have a total of 15 kw's - you should be able to get more than three hundred easily.

My most niche-iest of niches had 860 total...I think I got only a handful of backlinks, though, even after two runs, because of the niche, which is super duper trooper scooper tight.

@ Mike i don't seem like i get that many backlinks. I think my UAW usually submits to like 200-300. yet when i measured backlinks. Seems like i get an average of 5 backlinks. Is it because you are making articles to inner pages also? Because my sites are only one page kw. So maybe I'm only submitting to 300 directories, while if you have 5 kws you are submitting to 1500? Could that be why.
