Day 402 – Got 1 Outsourcer + UAW

Well, looks like I got another outsourcer…I just picked out 4 articles that need to be re-written 3x each so that I may backlink up 8 sites via UAW, hopefully he does a good job.
Aside from that, I also found some unused articles that I had lying around and used them to do a UAW submission backlinking up 2 of my sites that have been affected by the Mayday change.
I’m probably going to get 3-4 people and split them between working on rewrites/new content…will depend on how good of a job they do. Once I get this rolling, my work will essentially be to find articles to be re-written, research keywords to be made into extra pages for my sites, add the pages to the sites when done and submit the re-written articles to UAW.

I know you don’t like to spend a lot of time doing analytics, checking ranks, and all that jazz…but in this case, do you think it would have helped…
I mean, really drilling down to your sites and seeing where they fell off, or what happened to them?
Did you get hit by the whole Google “Mayday” debacle or something, are you getting smart priced, or something else?
Either way, I hope your Adsense picks back up, this past week has been rough…

I’m interested too Mike if you’ve noticed anything on your url channels etc. regarding this mayday update, primarily if it is one or the other: reduced traffic across the board, or more like half the sites knocked out of the rankings.
Basically I’m wondering if there’s now a lower “cap” on a sites earnings (was $1/day, now $0.25 cents) – or if the majority of your adsen5e is now coming from a smaller section of the sites that are still trucking along like they were before…
Not that it matters really – I suppose either scenario is gonna be cured by simply more backlinking to raise them up the ranks, but it makes a difference where to focus the backlinking efforts?

Hey TJ, I did a brief bit of checking on a few sites, enough to see that the important ones didn’t drop off the face of Google and that adding some more content/backlinking up my pages might be able to help the situation.
I’m not going to look over all my sites, would take too much time. At this point, I don’t mind throwing 2k down into outsourcing content/backlinks and see what happens.
And ya, it’s the whole Mayday update that did this, cut a lot of ppl’s income in 1/2.

All I can say is what I’ve said before, income for the vast majority of my sites was cut in 1/2..
As for where to backlink, you’d want to work your way down from your best sites.
