Ya, these sites for this niche don’t convert too well, but they are bringing in some steady sales, looks to me like around $400-500 extra a month for the 22 sites in this niche I made(I’m making a few more sites now so that will go up).

I tried putting adsense on my sniper sites before and found I got nothing but chump change…it was not substantial, at all, so I decided to just take it off all of them.

My adsense right now is on my main authority sites only (Site’s 1-8)..I’m not putting it on my future sites..although I might add it if I get a niche with a very high CPC.

Kathy – you can also check in Google’s webmaster tools. It will say whether or not it has accessed your site.

The way I check is by typing this in as a Google search(note: don’t include www, it doesn’t work with it):

site:http://yoursitename.com

If that returns no results, then it’s not indexed yet. That’s the extent of what I check.

Thanks – is it normal for googlebot to make a visit and not fully index? The way to check this is to see if you get the site to come up by typing the full domain name in the google search box – correct??

Hey Kathy…some sites get indexed in Google faster than others, not sure what the reason is behind it.

I’ve had sites get indexed overnight and I’ve had sites take up to 5-6 days at the most to get indexed. 2 days is well within the normal range…the best thing you can do is give your site some links from high PR sites so Google can follow them back to your new site (ex: Digg/Friendfeed/Feedburner/RSS Sites/Bookmarking Sites/Ezine Articles etc..)

After you do that, you just have to be patient…

Can anyone tell me what their experience with getting your site indexed? I crated a sniper site via Firepow – which already has the XML sitemap built in (and assume autosubmits) – I did a couple of social bookmarkings as well. My site was indexed by yahoo & msn – it looks like googlebot came last night (from my cpanel stats), but I still can’t see the site in google by typing in the domain name in the search box. I created the site 2 days ago – for some reason, I thought it would index faster (and certainly faster than msn or yahoo). I am aready seeing some msn traffic and am on the fron page (of msn) for my keyword..

Debbie, I don’t actively promote Site#4 in any way…after writing up those 30 articles and not seeing a return, I didn’t do any more work for that site.

I actually haven’t tried linking to Ezine Articles with UAW, I’ve done it with Steve’s Backlinks, but then I never followed up to see if there was any improvement to the article’s rankings.

Wow! Awesome day! I would love to be able to stay up all night but I have to get up at 5 for work and the kids are up at 6 LOL I’ve done a couple 2 am nights on the weekend and it kicks my tail!
