I had to do this for a “heritage” search engine — had to go to the “config” screen in Firefox…pretty interesting. It was the only thing that worked.

Re Mayday – I just wanted to report that my main site that has been around 3 years and is an authority was not affected by Mayday but a number of my recent niche product sites have dropped in rankings significantly. Most of these were bottom page 2 to page 5 and now not in top 10. They were around 5 months old. It seems coincidental that they all took a dive at the same time so I am putting it down to Mayday. I can only think that page authority, ext links and content is more important now and inner linking is less. My main site only has about 15 pages but has authority and most of the traffic comes from 1 main keyword to the home page. I am thinking I need to add more content to the main pages of my other sites and get more authority links direct…..will test and see with Ezines, Profiles etc. Also 1 other niche fitness review site is still there on page 2 no effect so again reiterates content and reviews. just my thoughts……

The Bing Bar is driving me crazy. I’ve tried deleting every bing file on my computer. Couldn’t find an uninstall file.

Must I download and install bing bar and see if the download has an uninstall file with it?

Any ideas?

Yeah, I know it’s not the subject here, but I spent all day trying to get rid of this darn thing.

So, no sites get done.
