Hey Mike,
When your sniper site gets indexed, do you then do the social bookmarking (I’m assuming using Bookmarking Demon), then add two more pages (RSS blast them) and then begin building article links to the main page?
Here was the process I think you are doing that is a derivative of xFactor’s method
- Create site (2-3 pages)
- RSS main page with all current site links
- Send out using automated RSS submission tool
- Wait until site is indexed
- Social bookmark main page using automated tool (bookmarking demon maybe?)
- Put up remaining 2-3 pages
- Update RSS feed and sent out using automated tool
- Begin writing articles to build backlinks
- Start next site – wait for current sniper to gain rankings
That sound about right?
I just picked up xfactor’s book last week and built my first 2 sites. Looking to get indexed soon so I can starting cashing in. One site is actually indexed already and I’m making about $1.50 a day so that’s nice. Do you have tips for getting them indexed more quickly?
@Mike Roosa
I have gotten my sites indexed hours after an ezine goes live.
Also, congrats on the site. None of mine make anywhere close to $1.50 every day.
@Steve
I think if you removed the word, “wait for it to get indexed” and you might be pretty close to the “readme” file (that’s a seriously good resource)
@Mike Roosa
If you rssbot your sites, or at least go to Pingler and Pingoat after you build your site (but BEFORE you post all your pages/posts), then when you post your remaining pages the RSS blast and Pinged servers will pick up your new posts.
If you’re using WP, then you can set your posts to a future date by editing the “Publish Now” information to a future date…do that after you Ping/RSS feed.
If you don’t have an RSS submitter like Magic Submitter or RSS Bot, then you can always to to http://masternewmedia*org/rss/top55/ if you replace the “*” with a “.” — it started out as the “top 55″ RSS feeds and is now at the top 261, and not all of them are live (he marks the ones that died).
You can take all your articles + your site itself, collect the RSS feeds into one at RSSMix and then hand-blast them thru as many of those RSS aggregators as you want…or just get the $14.95 RSS bot and blast it out that way…
Another thing I do, to make this as automatic as possible, is that I copied the ping list from Pingler dot com, then put that into my “update” file under settings>reading>update from my WP dashboard…then I future post my remaining posts/pages.
I don’t think you should wait to see when the site gets indexed. You could spend days/weeks trying to index one lousy site, when if you keep building up other properties, and *they* get indexed, this one lousy site might decide to climb ranks later on…
Time to time throw up another article or two, as backlinks, then ping those articles (grab your feed from the article directories and blast those through an RSS feed submitter)…it will come up. Otherwise, keep trucking.
MIKE–
Sorry for the long comment…yikes…forgot it was Zerg’s blog.
Hi Mike and others, just a tip, the IMautomator dot com has released this week a RSS feed submitter tool and it will be free till end of this week.
Hey Mike,
No detrimental affect in your tests to blasting a bunch of social bookmarks for a newly created domain as well as RSS blasting?
Just curious and as always – thanks for your generous help and knowledge!
Steve
@Steve
Steve,
My system is:
-outsource 5 articles for my site content(I would normally outsource batches of sites each week)
-put up the site via XSite Pro 2 and schedule 2 of the 5 posts to be posted the following 2 days
-run BMD on the site immediately, as well as RSS programs such as RSS Submit/Scrapebox/RSS Bot
-Digg the site
-After I’ve put up about 30 sites like this, have content for UAW submissions outsourced via Human Rewriter and do 15 UAW submissions for the 30 sites..optionally do EZine submissions.
And James is right about the waiting part, there is no waiting/looking back, plough on.
You can find more info on the specifics in my readme or by doing some searching on my site.
And ya about detrimental affects, nope..no adverse effects from blasting out to BMD and RSS sites…however if you were to start doing UAW submissions to that new site at 50/day for the next 30-45 days then suddenly stop, then that would be a different story.
@Mike Roosa
Hey Mike, looks like James answered your q’n.
Once you’ve got a system down that results in your site getting indexed within 2-5 days, you need to forget about speed of indexing and focus on just pumping out sites and not looking back.
My system gets my sites indexed in that period of time, I gave a synopsis above to Steve, you can find more about it through the readme though.
@JamestheJust on Elance
haha, I’m actually thinking of switching to Protoss..
@Murilo
Thanks for sharing Murilo
Mike – thanks so much for an awesome response. You are too nice to give out all this good information. I think I speak for everyone that reads your blog – “Thanks!”
