Day 375 – Adsense Sniper #209
May 15th, 2010
Decided to put up an adsense sniper for today..I’ve got a bunch of CB snipers expiring soon that I’m going to have to review soon and see if they’re worth renewing….I looked over 10 thus far and I don’t think I’ll be renewing any of them as they were some of my early creations and 9 out of 10 of them didn’t manage a sale…the one that managed a sale somehow did it with barely any traffic coming to it too…
For anyone who’s looking to see my income go up BTW, I just want to re-iterate that I’m probably putting in 1/2 the effort these days compared to what I was putting in 2+ months ago, so unless I were to double my efforts, I would not expect to see any increases in income… however if I do, bonus.
Earnings For Today:
- CB = $31.85
- Adsense = $97.24
- Total = $129.09

Hey Mike,
Would you say the lack of effort these days is from burn out or from satisfaction of where your income is at?
You can obviously tell you do things 100% when you have a goal in mind, just wondering where your short term/long term goals are in relation to where your at currently in regards to income.
Either way, if after reading and following this site you have any doubt on whether or not you can make a full-time income online, you may possibly be in the wrong business, lol.
Mike, do you think CB Sniping was just not for you or that you neglected it abit for adsense sniping?
Jay.
Nice to know that you don’t *have to do anything* if you don’t want to – and if you do have to up the ante a bit, you always know the tools to do so and make things happen (i.e.: backlink or add pages, build more, etc. – all of which you can outsource).
One thought I’ve got on your CB snipers – why don’t you try to flip them rather than let them expire? If you don’t do it this time around because of timing, would you look into that for future sites of this note?
@Tyler
It’s pretty much from being happy at the moment with where my income is and wanting to take a break..
The way I work when I want to excel at a certain area of my life is I devote 100% of my energy to that area…right now it’s devoted elsewhere in my life rather than my business.
Seeing how this is the case, I’ve considered stopping the daily updates until I get back to the point where I want to go all out, but some objected to that..so I’m continuing to post.
I can’t talk in terms of my goals business-wise as I have other goals I’m focusing on in life…I can talk about my business goals when I get back into the 100% all out mentality…
@Jay
Hey Jay, I stopped doing it because…
-its easier to find adsense keywords
-adsense snipers have been more profitable for me
-adsense income is more stable
@JamestheJust on Elance
Ya man, it’s pretty sweet..
I’m not sure of the exact amount you can get for each site, but if it were say 8 months worth of income, then 9 of my soon to be expiring sites would be worth $0 as they pulled in nothing over 1 year.
The sites that I”m letting go are not that great, I don’t know who would want them…I’m not sure the amount of income I could get would be worth the trouble.
I also don’t like the idea of other people getting a hold of sites in my network or my content.
You know Mike, I have been doing micro niche sites for quite some time, and have got good success with it, just as you have.
But this site of yours has inspired me to start a journal, sharing my findings and experiences all the way. Thanks for such GREAT information.
Aditya.
I like to see updates from your side. After finding your site. I dont go to dp forums and bens blogs daily.
@Aditya

Glad you’re enjoying the site All Is Well :>
keep posting mike, ..even the daily report on adsense income is well worth the read and gives me something to compare daily ups and downs in earnings to.
Really appreciate your efforts here.
