Day 369 – 3 UAW Submissions
May 9th, 2010
OK, I just started up doing the UAW submissions for adsense sites #174-205 and got the first 3 done..I’ve got 16 in total to do, after which I’ll probably start putting up my remaining adsense snipers I’ve outsourced, then re-assess where to go from there. Adsense income for sites #1-173 has been quite a bit lower than usual though…probably by about $20-30 due to eCPM and impression drops which is kind of frustrating.
Earnings For Today:
- CB = $16.61
- Adsense = $90.74
- Total = $107.35

I noticed the drop in income, if it stays low, will you still continue building adsense snipers?
Hi Mike!
I also see drop in affiliate sales, usualy I saw similar situations when some bad economic situation is heavily stessed in the news around the globe.
Hope people will remain active and not stop buying stuff in the net
Btw I created several adsense sites and also see some drop in impressions for my old properties that had adsense.
Mike is Market samurai acting weird on your side?
mine is not doing a very good job of tracking all of my sites.
My May Adsense income is a little lower than April but ain’t nothing to worry about…that’s how Adsense works. Just keep doing your thang and your income will come back to normal.
Mike, did you check their ranking? My meaning is, did the impressions drop because they lost ranking or because maybe there is less traffic for those keywords but you still ranking the same positions?
Ditto DC -
The fact is that sales and markets rise and fall, but if you measure ur business the way a business owner measures it – annually – then you’ll notice that Mike’s killin’ it.
And he’s doing that largely with Ads3ns3. I think it’s going to come up, Mike – no worries.
By the way, have you ever used UAW to make a run to one of your landing pages? Like, for your CB snipers?
Just curious. It’s worked out for me on my sites that way. (Well, my one landing page on one site anyway!)
this is the first time that I’ve seen Mike’s income dropped to $90 for a couple of days in a row. I hope this is nothing to be worried about.
Guys, a quick heads up…seems like I got another computer issue…my computer is not booting up from the new hard drive I installed now, I’m going to have to take it in again :/
Good luck! Hope that it doesn’t slows down your adsense sniper site built process to much..
@Tim
Hey Tim, figured it out and fixed it!
If you see a drop in income that just means you need to work more on backlinking/building more pages doesn’t mean you need to stop making adsense snipers, unless you want to go diversify.
@Anton
Hey Anton..People are always buying, you might have an occasional drop on a holiday though.
Well, this is due to an eCPM drop/impressions drop. I’m not too worried about it though.
@Jorik
No idea, I haven’t been using it as I don’t have all my sites input into it and it will take too long to go and do that..I’m not one for tracking stuff anyways, more into focusing on building.
@DC
Ya, I’m sure if I was going all out on my business like before, it would be going up despite drops here and there.
@Jona
A ‘large’ part of it is due to the eCPM drop…a lesser extent, the impressions.
Seeing as how I have no idea how eCPM is determined, I have no idea what to do about that. The only thing I can do is backlink more/build more pages. I haven’t checked my individual sites, but I’m not too worried about this right now.
@JamestheJust on Elance
Ya..one of the main reasons I’m not worried is because I’m not going all out ATM. I know that when I do, despite things going down here and there, the overall trend will be up. That kind of confidence comes when you’ve built up this many properties, you don’t sweat stuff when you know how to make money online at will.
@Mark S
I’m not worried Mark…just develop your skills to the point where you can confidently feel like you can make money on demand when you want to and this will be a non-issue.
Thanks Mike, very inspirational and informative, appreciate it!
Looks like your income plateaued. I hope building hundreds of sites was worth it. Then again, thats the search engine game.
@Gary
Gary, this is the kind of doubt that stops people from getting anywhere in this game…Don’t succumb to this kind of mindset.
Had I not built what I built, I would have been out there working another contract by now, doing the 9-5.. Now I’m able to live a lifestyle that I could have only dreamed about.
You need to re-read the comments I wrote above as well.
@Gary
Looks like his earning is plateaued. But most of the sites attracts huge traffic after certain amount of time. I saw many websites suddenly rank for many keywords later, when aged.
So, mikes earning will increase if those sites can target for more related keywords.
@All Is Well
It’s no coincidence that my earnings are not growing as fast and the fact that I’m not putting in 100% into growing my business ATM.
If you are not working your business as hard, you can’t expect to see the same continual gains..it’s really that simple.
eCPM is a function of average payment per click, and CTR. The trouble is, across your whole adsense account it’s an aggregate – it may just be that a few sites with high eCPM have dropped rank.
If any of your major earners have lost significant rank (e.g. dropped out of the top 3), you could probably put it down to that. If you’re using 1 channel per site, and linked your adsense with your analytics, it’s alot easier to see if it’s a handful of sites causing the drop in earnings, and if so you can target your backlink building rather than fire them shotgun style.
@RichP
Ya, possibly..I do know 1 of my top sites has gone out the window but it alone doesn’t account for the drop…
I could spend some time analyzing this and doing extra UAW runs on the top sites I find are pulling in less.
