Day 361 – New Milestone + End Of April Totals!

Funny part = 2:15+

Today I decided to work on my existing sites a bit..I went over about 100 of them and altered the titles on them to make them a bit more ‘reader friendly’..was kinda monotonous work changing them and then re-publishing, but music can help you through the monotony of it.

Before I go over the totals, here’s what April 30th’s totals were:

  • CB = $96.57 (4 CB Sniper sales)
  • Adsense = $97.65
  • 3 UAW sales/renewals = $80.40 (tnx guys :>)
  • 1 BLS sale/renewal = $29.10 (tnx :>)
  • Total = $303.72! Wow…my first day over $300!

Here now are the totals for the month:

Adsense = $3,364.57 ($3,563.67 last month, decrease by $199.10)
CB = $1,126.92 GROSS ($1,131.32 last month)
CB = $1,110.31 NET ($1,114.71 last month)
Hops = 6,750 (4,391 last month)
Gross Sales = 48 (46 last month)
Net Sales = 47 (45 last month)
Refunds = 1 (0 last month)
Chargebacks = 0(1 last month)
3 XFactor Sales = $92.40
15 UAW Sales/Renewals = $403.34
3 Backlink Solutions Sales = $87.30
Human Rewriter = $262.00 (thanks :> I only check on this once a month)
EBay = $88.36CAN = $86.81 US (again, I check this once a month)

Grand Total = $5,406.73 (+ $95.33 over last month)

    Congratulations men!

    Why did your adsense income dropped? I mean, a lot of sites have been added right?

    Ty!

    @Tim

    Thanks Tim,

    Ya, no idea…the income from my first 170 odd sites is what dropped…the income from my last 30 sites increased..in the end though I would up with an overall drop.

    I’m currently backlinking the inner pages for some of my first 170 sites, but as of yet I have yet to see an increase from them (it’s my first time truly trying to get my inner pages ranking)…a bunch of the submissions are going at only 5, 6 or 7/day due to doing mutiple UAW submissions for the same domain, so that coupled with the fact that they’re inner pages means it may take time to see results.

    Congrats on your first 300+ day. Ironic that it was on your lowest adsense day in some time..

    Ah all right, thanks for your feedback. Isn’t it an idea to get multiple UAW accounts?

    Further more, I think I’ve spotted you, does the name Zoltan Zangora say you anything? If not, sorry πŸ˜‰

    @Tony

    Thanks Tony, ya…

    @Tim

    No, it doesn’t…and if it did, why you going plastering it on here, if it really was mine I’d be pretty pissed off, you’d have totally jeopardized my income.

    I also don’t appreciate ppl searching for and digging up my shit trying to find my sites, that’s one of the reasons I almost shut this site down.

    @Tim

    Yes that really does suck. Mike goes out his way to share all his strategies and success and you are going out your way to try and put him on blast.

    Mike if I was you I would pull the site…This site already has a wealth of info on here….

  7. May 1st, 2010 at 18:01 | #7

    Mike: stupid question here, but have you ever been de-indexed or seen a site otherwise drop off G’s radar due to link velocity?

    I’m assuming it’s what you’re guarding against re: drip-feeds thru UAW. Just curious as there are various opinions on the matter.

    Thanks. Oh, and — yikes on digging through another IM’ers stuff. Definitely a no-no.

  8. May 1st, 2010 at 18:03 | #8

    Dude. Disagree with Shon’s advice, but hmm…can’t say I’d argue my point: you have to do what’s best for you, man.

    Just stay in touch. I’d have withdrawals.

    Tim,

    Are you kidding us???

    You would really come on here, (or anywhere else) and publish something that could identify Mikeman? That could destroy everything he has worked for…

    I’m sorry but you are an idiot.

    Thanks for the concern guys…

    @Shon

    Shon, I don’t have any plans to pull the plug on this, although with the site getting 650 ppl a day now, I wouldn’t be surprised if I was ever forced to do that.

    @JamestheJust on Elance

    Hey James, I haven’t had a site de-indexed to my knowledge…although I have had one authority site totally drop off the face of Google to the point that it’s main traffic was Yahoo and Bing…no idea why that happened…

    The reason for dripping articles though is so that you don’t have link building for a short time, only to have it grind to a hault 3-4 weeks later due to being to aggressive…that usually leads to your site dropping off Google until they can figure out where you really belong..sometimes you wind up back where you started, other times you wind up worse off.

    I’ve had this happen to a few of my sites submitting to UAW at 40-50/day.

    Hey, Mike Congrats again…I can’t wait for you to earn $200.00/day in adsense. Hey, how’s your new template going? I played around with x-site pro and I “designed” a nice looking theme that I’m sure will pass manual review. I played with the dynamic menus and it looks pretty neat..like a clean WP theme. As to the CTR,it seems ok. I just kept all clickable links down the fold except for the top menu. I’ll be changing my sites one at a time and I added some you tube videos too…. I really like xsite pro..just played with it and this is a very flexible html designer..

  15. May 1st, 2010 at 22:52 | #15

    @Mikeman
    dude. Not sure if you had my back against yourself..er..Evita, but much appreciated. And thanks for the reply, I knew it was a lame question, I’ve just been reading some SEO blogs (bluehat’s, a pretty old post when autopligg first came out), and he was suggesting some pretty crazy link-building velocity.

    Yikes. Like, in the thousands. At once. Of course, it’s an old post and I’m sure Cutt.s has since stepped up the anti-SEO and anti-spam algorithm, so I was wondering if link velocity is really an issue. Much appreciate your thoughts, you’ve answered it for me.

    Sorry Guys! Just realised my mistake, was stupid of me, I apologize.

  18. May 2nd, 2010 at 02:33 | #18

    Hello Mike!

    Congratulations of the new milestone πŸ˜‰ I know that feeling when you make 300+ $ from free traffic, no PPC involved, really nice days!

    And adsense seems to be the only guaranteed way to make this happen every day. Aff sales fluctuate so recently I’ve seen 2 weeks without ANY sale at all… pretty embarrassing.

    Interesting how many CB snipers make you that level of Clickbank income, if it’s not a secret? πŸ˜‰ Mine is making 3-5 sales a month and around 150$ in income. Other 3 snipers don’t make any sales.

    Mike! Sorry again, I want to add something regarding my mistake.

    I was thinking about what I’ve done, and let’s learn from my mistake.
    – NEVER backlink all your sites using the same ezinarticles account.
    – ALWAYS use whoisguard, free at namecheap.
    – Don’t put on to many sites on the same adsense account.

    In this way, if someone decides to screw you, you ‘just’ lose some sites, and not your full income.

    PS; I think it’s wunderful that you’re keeping this site, don’t take it down because of some idiot like me, as there is a lot of good info available.

    Mike Hey congrats on your first $300 day and your new milestone record for the month. Man this site keeps me pumped on working harder so I can get up there in that range. Right now I am averaging a little over $2000 per month. I want to get up there where you are…anyway back to work.

    I thought you had 7 children, with one infant. Then I read elsewhere you have 8 children and that there was a story to it. But I didn’t know what the story was.

    So I put 2 and 2 together… and ended up with Mikeman…

    Hey Vince..I’m still not sure about the new template.. I compared 5 days before the template to 5 days after and saw fluctuations in the CTR/eCPM/# of clicks… I couldn’t say conclusively if it was better or not.

    And now for whatever reason I’m experiencing another dip in adsense that I have to figure out. Glad you got one figured out…

    @JamestheJust on Elance

    np..

    @Kelly

    Hey, thanks Kelly..

    Ya, I’ve fared much better with adsense snipers..a lot easier to pick winners I find.

    Well, I wasn’t actually searching for your work πŸ˜‰ Found a page on flippa which sold around 50 micro adsense sites, he listed all his websites..

    Buy you’re not selling, so afterwards, it couldn’t be you..

    Ps; he sold his websites for 8K I believe.

    Mike,

    If you don’t plan on pulling the site you have the perfect opportunity to make a monthly membership site that I would be willing to pay for.

    This would help weed out the people who are trying to sabotage you, while also putting a little more change into your pocket…

    Once again thanks for all the INFO it really has helped my own biz!

  25. May 2nd, 2010 at 19:39 | #25

    Mike,

    I built 8 out of 10 adsense sites that I said I’d build (I know, slow – but it’s finals time around here :)) – and some of them did drop off the rankings for 2-3 days – nowhere to be found on the index – then came back.

    I also asked Xfactor if any of his sites dropped off due to the latest adsense freakout – and he said that no, they didn’t because he uses legit techniques and doesn’t violate anything.

  26. May 2nd, 2010 at 22:40 | #26

    @Shon
    This subject came up under someone legitimately trying to sabatoge the site, different from what Tim apparently did, which was not meant as some act of malevolence, but in that comment, Mike said he wasn’t trying to have an “active” income in so much as a passive income.

    @Shon

    Ya, would take a while to set something like that up though…and like James said, it wouldn’t be passive income.

    @Jorik

    Hmm, dropping in rankings isn’t the same as being de-indexed though…

    if you type in site:http://yoursite.com and see no results, that’s a de-index.

    I do appreciate everyone who’s chipped in to support the site :>
