Day 343 – 29 Ezine Submissions + In Depth Look At Last 31 Sites

April 13th, 2010

Great movie w/Michael Douglas, Falling Down, just saw it after a long time the other night…

29 of my previous submissions went through yesterday so I decided to do 29 more…

despite them going through, I did not see any boost in my income as a result, which is something I usually see directly after Ezine submissions(made $109.24 in adsense for the day)…These submissions were all for inner pages, and not for new sites, so maybe that has something to do with it, who knows..

One other thing I want to note is that I’ve been keeping track of the performance of my latest sites as of late(Adsense snipers #174-205)….

None of these sites have been backlinked via UAW yet, all they have is the basic RSS submissions/BMD runs & Digg submission…

From March 18th on(had about 17 sites at this time), I noticed I was earning around $5/day…then from April 5th(25 sites) – April 10th I noticed it jumped up to more like $10/day, now the last 2 days it’s been at $14-17…

It’s due to a few older sites suddenly pulling in a good chunk of income.

Thought that was interesting how just with the basic promotion and letting sites age how some sites start pulling in some more money for you out of nowhere…these sites should see a nice boost once I run UAW on them as well :>

Earnings For Today:

  • CB = $19.90
  • Adsense = $109.24
  • UAW sale/renewal = $26.80 (tnx :>)
  • Total = $155.94

    Mike,

    I do about 3-4 variations. Ok so I need to up that to more variations. As for the batches 20 submissions, are you looking to link 20 different sites, or is the batch of 20-30 towards one site (I don’t think this is the case, but just checking).

    @Tony

    I answered this in the read-me, each submission links to 2 sites.

    Hey Mike
    You are at another level with adsense it looks like. Basically making $0.50 per site-per day. That is good, it all averages out. I had a couple of questions for ya.
    -Why did you stop making 2 a day-It looks like you have been just making 1 site a day now!
    -For your main content/keyword article do you do a static page? I have noticed by looking at some of the sniper sites I found online some do and some don’t.

    Now hopefully the adsense will stay put and grow for you!

    No static page for the adsense snipers..

    BTW, adsense will do what it does…the thing is I know how to raise my income anytime I want to…more backlinks + more sites, I’m not worried.

    Mike, I commend you for sticking it out and getting this far. Most don’t keep the vision you do to get this far. You’re an inspiration bro. What is your ultimate income goal?

    You’re so right there. I’ve seen so many people start a journal or blog like this and quit on it within days or just a few weeks. Mike, you are amazing my friend. I’ve been spending quite a bit of time going over the posts here and can’t believe all the great info I’ve picked up on. And I’m not even a newbie. LOL Great Job!

    Hi Mike

    I want you to know that I can’t speak for the others, but all your dedication and hard work has been a great example and a motivation to me. When I started reading your blog I had a couple of sites and I had no clue and no income. I now have about 10 sites and together they average about $1/ day sometimes as high as $4.00 which is enough success to encourage me to shift into high gear and try to see if I can’t make something out of this.

    I am now trying to get my new sites on hostgator and I recall that you said you use them so that all your sites would not have the same IP address. Do you have small groups where some are add-on domains or do you make each domain separate so each one has its own IP address? In other words, how important is this point?

    I’m not sure of your reason, but I think it had something to do with google not liking the same IP for a lot of domains… but is a few OK?

    Can you clarify that for us?

    Thanks,

    Regards

    Bill

    @Kelly

    er…sorry ’bout that. actually, i was hoping you’d come back on before I had to desecrate my rep and actually apologize to you. glad you took it in the way i meant it – and don’t worry, you’re not the first to bust mike’s chops lately.

    I just wish I could be as ‘lazy’ as he is. man, i’d be making a lot more money! 😉

    @Tony

    Hey Tony, thanks man…I’ve got several upcoming goals, 6k, 8k, 10k, 12k, 15k and 20k/month…ultimately though the idea is to become a multi-millionaire.

    @Terry

    Haha, thanks bud.

    @Bill

    Thanks Bill, 10 sites at $1 each is solid, now build 10 more!

    I must have missed your question as the question sounds familiar… I use reseller accounts which do not operate on add-on domains, that’s only for shared accounts.

    I explained somewhere in the past posts just how many IP’s you get per reseller…I can’t remember really off hand, but I think it was something like 5-7 ip’s for the reseller account and 3 class C ip’s.

    To be honest though, I don’t give this IP crap a second thought, I shouldn’t even be explaining it…I just have 3 reseller accounts and I put the sites up on them…I have no issues with Google related to the IP’s of my sites, no extra thought is needed.

    Gotta love being concise and cuttin’ to the chase, man. 8D

    @James-that was funny, but in all honesty if I could get one out a day I would be thrilled. I work regularly, plus I have a house full of males-my husband and my sons. Gosh even the animals are male. Nothing against men, but my kids and animals would live in the mud if they could!

  15. April 13th, 2010 at 22:01 | #15

    @Kelly
    Ha! how funny: have 4 daughters, 3 sons (most recent son born in Jan) and my wife hold it all together with Play Doh. Oh, and the dog.

    And yes: men = pigs = love mud

    don’t see the problem…;)

  16. April 13th, 2010 at 22:01 | #16

    @Kelly

    There’s no excuse for not getting 1 site done a day…Even when I was working a regular job and hitting the gym, I found 3 hours a day to work on my business more on weekends..sacrifice sleep if you have to..it all depends on how bad you want it.

    With outsourcing it’s even easier.

    Hey Guys, new here and this is my first time commenting.

    Just wanted to start by saying, Mike, you are awesome. You’re inspiring to a lot of people and honestly seem to motivate the people on your site to keep charging. Thank you for building and actually updating this site every day! You definitely give people hope and proof that it can work.

    I’ve been reading every day, I just wanted to get in on the commenting, it looked fun. 😉

    @James
    I feel for your wife, seven kids! We have 3, but 2 of them are little. I have 4 animals and 2 of my dogs are bigger than I am, but it is fun. My Husband has 10 brothers and sisters, and he is very close to them. I bet you your kids will stay close over the years. Big Families tend to be that way!

    @Mike
    Your right-I should be able to do at least one site a day. Since I need to wait until the end of the month I am going to write up some bland content where I know there are lots of keywords available in one area. If I would limit myself on forums and blogs-I would get more done! 😉

  23. April 14th, 2010 at 10:43 | #23

    Hi Mike, this might have been answered before, but are you outsourcing all article writing? And if so, at what price and how many articles are you receiving monthly?

  24. Mikeman
    April 14th, 2010 at 12:25 | #24

    @Kris

    Hey Kris, all article writing is outsourced..

    I outsource site content to writers I got off of ODesk/GAF @ $2.33/article and UAW submissions are outsourced to Human Rewriter @$9-10 for 3 articles.

    What I receive monthly varies depending on how much outsourcing I’m doing at the time.

    Umm, Amy… You asked a question in response to a post which has your answer. *facepalm*

    Seriously though… was this a joke?

    BTW, in reference to the quote above, I don’t prescribe to male bashing…bashing of males by males(Shame James, shame..) or females for that matter.
