Ya, that's the way to do it...I'm way behind on doing mine, it's so much work at this point so I haven't bothered with it.

With MS you can enter all the urls and keywords in one project. I have 3 main project because I have dutch sites, english sites and sitebuilding jv with a friend and I do not give each site/keyword a seperate project. I have about 100 - 150 domains in a project and it works perfect. giving me also a very nice overview on one page where it all stands. Adding it is just a matter of copy paste my cleaned list from my domain registrar and copy that same list in the keywords and remove the .net, .com, .nl and .org and add the spaces where needed for the right keywords.
The only thing I do not like is MS freezes up a lot of resources when it runs but what i do is i start it up at the moment I go up for dinner or just before I leave the house to do something so it's working while i am not behind the pc.

@Tony

Ya, that's the problem...

I haven't worked Market Samurai into my site building process and now I'm behind and have so many sites to enter in..

The best thing to do if you're using Market Samurai is not get behind and make it a part of your process when creating sites to add it to MS so that you can track it easily down the road...that's something I would do if I could start over.

Now I got a whole lotta sites that aren't in there so I end up just checking those ones manually.

@Mikeman
yeah...and actually the .infos are pulling in nice long-tails and im making sales but according to my kw research, to be on page 1 would easily triple those sales for the same amount of work, so thats why im considering scratching the project and re-vamping.

No point penny pinching, waste of time and effort.. The one's that don't rank for their intended keyword still bring in money...over the course of a year the ones not ranking for the intended kw can still bring in more than their domain cost....if they don't, it's just $10, all part of the business, if you're doing this right, you'll be in profit regardless.

Also I have sites that don't rank in Google, but strangely down the road after backlinking end up ranking in Yahoo or Bing.

@Mikeman
i usually know within 7 days after the site has been launched whether its going to rank well or not. because it will be on page 1,2 maybe 3. BUT heres the thing if it lands on page 1,2,3 then its worth working a lil to get it boosted up. godaddy has a 10 day return policy =) just send back the ones that dont rank. or at least they used to, i should call and double check.

@Kasey Langton

Those are the kinds of results you should be seeing at a 'base minimum'...

The last time I checked was a long time ago. As you know I'm not so much for checking stats like this.

Now that I've gotten better at keyword selection and my sites have aged and been backlinked up, it's probably closer to 75-80%.

As you build more sites, you'll develop a 6th sense for this stuff and you can pretty much tell just by analyzing the first page for a bit if you'll rank right away or if it'll take a run of UAW to get up on first page.
