Day 309 – Outsourced 14 New Sites + Pics Of My Condo
Well, today I spent some time doing keyword research for main domain keywords for new sites as well as searching for inner page keywords for all of them..I had 1 of these 14 sites already fleshed out yesterday, but I found inner page keywords for the remaining 13 today… I also had found 10 of these main domain keywords yesterday, however was able to find the additional 4 domain keywords today.
In other news, I moved into my new place yesterday and have taken a bunch of pictures of the inside:
Here’s the master bedroom + my new computer desk + computer:

Same room at night, which is when I’m usually working:

My Kitchen, still a mess as I just moved in :p Was cutting out some cupboard liners on the left hand side there, also I picked up a cutting board and a 6″ Shun Chef knife recently:

My living area, sofa(really soft and comfy, you sink into them) + floor lamp + TV..still need to get a 5×8 shaggy white rug there:

I still don’t have my dining room table in yet, which will end up in between the living area and kitchen, but this is what it will look like:

My 2nd bedroom, I didn’t want to make this my office as I liked the view in the master bedroom better, so now it’s an ironing/storage room:

Master bedroom en-suite bathroom..took me a long time to find the perfect shower curtain and shaggy rug to match:

Guest bathroom (took a while to find a nice soap dish/trash can combo too, the same ones are in my master bathroom):

So I’m finally moved in here as of yesterday! I got everything pretty much, I got some new J.A. Henckels cutlery coming in the mail via Amazon in 2 days, some new Simple Human trash bins too..other than that I’m pretty much done!
Earnings For Today:

Not bad for a guy’s place. Things actually match
Very nice!
Congrats! Your kitchen is beautiful. Loved the granite counter tops, and the cabinets. And the hardware is just what *I* want when I ever remodel my kitchen
You have a balcony too, right?
It’s a LOT of work to buy a place and to move in!
Thanks for sharing.
Evita
Where’s the basement pics?…
You got style, man – since I am a guy, I’ll leave it at that. (bites tongue about the fantastic taste, spartan table, dragon silhouette in computer)
Congrats – one caveat, though, as I used to sell Cutco cutlery, Henckles schmenckles – lifetime “Double D” edge, ergonomic handles and surgical steel…oh, with a lifetime warranty, too.
Should’a went Cutco…
Love the pics; shows that you are a tidy person who takes pride in your belongings. You can mix and match very well; not my strong suit as I always need some help.
Great crib!!!! Love the computer, whats the specs on it and brand?
LOVE your new place Mike – congrats!!!
So Mike, where is your master bedroom facing? Looks like a shopping plaza to me.
Mikeman -
Been lurking for a week or two, just wanted to show my appreciation for what you do here, and the time you take to answer comments; they can be as useful as your posts.
I’m up to about 10 sites now, not quite snipers per say, but am slowly revising my own formula for rolling out sites quickly and effectively.
Looking forward to seeing the results of your new sites and backlinking efforts, and thanks again.
Kenneth.
Neat place mate, that TV is awesome dude.
Mikeman,
very nice, good job with it man. your left-handed?
@ J the J
loox like no basement, outside patio? you can run an extension cord and hope it never rains, lol
Dope crib! You got some style!
Makes me wanna go out and look for a condo myself…can’t wait until I’m at your level so I can move back to Hawaii and pickup a condo there!
BTW can’t agree with you more with having a view along with your office!
Looks like you went with the LED TV instead of Plasma judging by how thin that screen looks. Good call.
@Carrie
Hey, thanks Carrie…
@Me
Thanks Evita, ya, the kitchen has it’s own space cut out, plus a window which is rare for a condo.
Ya, there’s a balcony, the entrance is to the right of the TV.
@James the Just on Elance
Basement pics in a condo? haha.. Thanks man, when I picked out my computer stuff I also made sure that everything glowed blue(joystick, keyboard, mouse & box).. that table took a while to find.
Cutco eh? haven’t heard of them :>
@Susan
Thanks Susan, that’s why it took me so long to move in, I wanted to make sure I got it all right the first time around, rather than by just OK stuff and have to replace it later with stuff that fits in better.
@Joseph
Thanks Joseph, I got a 24″ Gateway LCD monitor, Logitech G15 keyboard, Saitek Cyborg Evo Force Joystick and Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.4GHz, 4mb ram, and GeForce 9600 GX2 video card.
@Lisa
Thanks Lisa :>
@Make Mony Online
Ya, it’s a corner unit, south west facing an office building there on the west side… To the right of that is also a main road with lots of cars travelling up and down it. To the right of that road are some townhomes and in the distance beyond the office building I can see a shopping plaza and other condos, although you can’t see that from the pic.
@Kenneth
Hey Kenneth, thanks man. Ya, backlinking should really kick things up a notch…by the time you get to around 30 sites, you should have a fair grasp on what works and what doesn’t…keep pumping them out, fast!
@Heimir
Hey thanks Heimir
@Kasey Langton
Thanks Kasey, ya, I’m left handed.
@DC
Heheh, thanks.. Ya it beats my old place where I was looking at a wall :>
@Nick
Ya man, I went for the Samsung 7000 55″ LED, and glad I did! Now I just gotta figure out how to play avi’s from my computer on my TV so I can watch TV series I’ve downloaded..
As for streaming movies to your TV, have you looked at the Apple TV? I’m thinking of getting one soonish.
@Nick
Haven’t heard of that..what I did get though was some sort of USB thing that you plug into the TV which is supposed to allow you to connect to the home Internet network..thing is it can’t find it for some reason..
@ Mikeman
Ive got a similar setup on my PC except mine is dual core 2.4ghz, not quad, and same 4gb of ram, nothing glows, but I cant almost guarantee your video card has dual inputs. go get another screen and just plug it in…it works wonders and can get things done alot faster because no switching between windows. try it out
Get the Western Digital WD TV. Plays all kinds of formats (so you don’t have to re-encode everything) at 1080P and it is super small. Hooks up to TV via HDMI and you just transfer vids to a flash drive or portable USB hard drive ( I use a 350g external black WD drive which is really small, thin and looks cool sitting next to the WD TV.)
Wireless is cool and all but transferring 10g 1080p movies over it isn’t the quickest.
OK, OK…from SEO/Sniper tips to decorating to computer hardware to HD on your PC…dude. Your blog about covers it, man. LOVE it!
yes tis a man blog…lol
on another anote, george is releasing a new product (i think its his) called traffic ultimatum, ill probably check it out as his gsniper product was killa and i still use that method on all my sites being launched. he seems to put out prety decent products…in my opinion, you always gotta be learning.
@ MikeMan -
Sort of more on point, just wondering if you have given thought to optimizing for G Ad cents on Mobile devices? Seems it’s a growing market, and wondering your 2 coppers.
I jotted down all the furniture you bought, keyed them in into Google Adwords Tool and came up with 30 more keywords to use for my next niche sites.
All the best!
@ Al -
NICE! That is totally awesome – and inspiring. Sales are always a study in opportunity. Rock on, man.
Hey Mike,
Nice pics of the new place!
What kind of computer chair is that? Is it just a regular chair, or is it one of those special Herman Miller chairs or something? I’ve always wondered just how much better those chairs feel, but I’m not shelling out that kind of cash for a chair without actually being able to sit in one and test it out. Mine is just a big comfy computer chair from like Staples or Office Depot.
Oh, and uh… just one computer screen?? Seriously?
For all the work you do I figured you’d at least have 2! Kasey mentioned it up above about getting another monitor and I have to agree, once you go to 2 computer screens you will NEVER go back to one, it is THAT ground breaking for what it can do for your computing experience. Personally, I have 3 monitors
@Kasey Langton
Hey Kasey, ya, I’m real good at hand to eye coordination/clicking a lot being a gamer so it’s no issue for me :p I may look into it at some point though..
@slash30
Ya, the other option for me is to just put vids on a USB drive and stick that in..
@James the Just on Elance
About optimizing for phones, no…no need to think about that, gotta keep it simple.
@Al
lol, good one
@ThomasT
Thanks Thomas, its just a regular chair, sorta…it’s got this option though where the seat can vibrate/massage though, but I never use it…I picked it up from Staples Business Depot..
and again, I’m a gamer, used to clicking around a lot, it’s fun :>
I have the same TV stand you do. My flat screen, excuse my my Husbands flat screen is a couple of years old I think we need to update everything-when we win the lottery!
@Kelly
What can I say Kelly? You’ve got good taste!
Mike,
You are living my dream…lol…wonder why am still hesitating to become a full time internet marketeer!
I like your house
@Dennis
