Day 304 – Adsense Sniper #187

March 5th, 2010

Looks like I messed up on the totals a bit yesterday, the true total was $253.89(which is my new high) adsense was $1.97 more and I also had a UAW sale (thanks :>)..

Again not much to say today other than I’m trying to get something significant done each day still despite being busy, and right now the easiest way for me to accomplish that is by putting out these websites as the content is already written up for me.

I’ll get to the comments soon…

Earnings For Today:

  • CB = $26.38
  • Hops = 231
  • Adsense = $110.33
  • Total = $136.71

    MikeMan – Dude, chillax – comments can wait. Fix the hole in the wall from the movers. πŸ™‚

    Hey, getting my rewrites from Human Rewriter. MUCH improved. Don’t know if you talked to those fellas, but the first time I tried them, this level of quality wasn’t what I got.

    For the record, I’m a happy camper. Thanks for the many, many tips and no-holds-barred gumption, friend. Next on my list is to buy the XSite Pro 2. Got my sites on it.

    GREAT placement! :/

    Al, for the record, how have your results been with SENuke? You suggested them yesterday, have you tried them in contrast to BLS?

    They work, even SEnuke LITE is powerful enough but the thing with SEnuke is you have to keep doing it, like, once every week till your ranking solidify.

    Thanks again, very helpful info. Now I C Y Mike’s using BMD and the method he’s pioneered here. That helps.

    my conversion form cb snipers to adsense snipers update…at first when i converted about 24 sites, i was making about $20 a day from adsense, so thats almost $1 a day per site and seemed pretty promising as I have 94 of these sites to convert. and now im still converting sites my daily earnings keep going down and down to like $6 a day…wtf? what gives? any ideas?

  8. March 5th, 2010 at 22:49 | #8

    @Kasey Langton
    You suck. Face it.

  9. March 5th, 2010 at 23:22 | #9

    @Kasey Langton
    Dude. Now I feel bad…I’d say keep going, keep building, look back in a month and if it’s still looking this way, then do a UAW submission with some BLS or what have you.

    I’ve had some days in Jan where I was getting about $12 a day with 3 sites…and just yesterday with around 12 sites I got about 12 cents. Averaging it out, though, it’s pretty consistently building.

    @ James the Just
    I keep converting my existing cb snipers to adsense and the daily earnings keep going down…maybe if I start converting back to CB my earnings will go back up…lol. geezus this is frustrating.

  11. March 5th, 2010 at 23:59 | #11

    @ KL:

    It may require some experimentation, such as CPC? If it does well as a site for CB, it may not do well for AdSense – it depends on the niche, the CPC…and graphically, there really is an art to the AdSense template John created (XFactor).

    If I were in your shoes, I’d do a test-run of 10 sites or what not and check it out for a month. In the meantime, what’s preventing you from building AdSense snipers specifically?

    Just some thoughts. Hang in there, you’ve been a 6-figure earner at one point. You’ll be again I’m sure!

    I never really wanted to catch on to adsense, but before selling off my cb snipers i thought i would convert them to see how they would do. they did quite well at first and i ran some numbers and it looks like im getting about the same amount of impressions and same amount of clicks but my cpc has gone waaaaaaaaaayy down. anyone know why this might happen?

    one of my sites keeps getting 100% CTR consistantly and i was getting up to a dollar a click, after about 10 clicks at 100% CTR and a dollar a click it it still at 100% CTR but now it gets .07 cents a click now. this is when i noticed the drop in my CPC across the board, any input? i know im over-analytical but somethings wrong here and other sites are getting 50% CTR with 2 clicks and only made .05 cents…wtf? thats just ridiculous. it wasnt like this at first. my CPC was averaging around .30 cents a click. now i gotta have 15 clicks just to get that. this is bullish

  16. March 6th, 2010 at 01:57 | #16

    @Kasey Langton
    Yeah, will have to wait for MikeMan’s input on this, but my numbers dance a bit. It’s NOT consistent as far as what I get per click, anywhere from 4 cents to $1.90 on one of my sites – I have some days where my 10 y/o calls me and says, “Daddy, you got $5 before 8 am!” and other days where I found more change in my couch.

    But that’s ’cause not all my sites are promo’d, still building. I’d give it some time, personally, but this is MIKE’S Blog, and he’s the real man.

    Apparently he is too busy dominating the SERP’s to care…he’s Canadian. Can’t expect too much.

    πŸ™‚ Just kidding, Mike.

    My last thoughts on the subject are to wait it out – what sort of time frame are you talking here? I personally don’t think you’ll be disappointed in the long run if you keep building.

    Hmm, I wouldn’t even bother writing anything there..or sticking adsense there :/

    @James the Just on Elance

    Np James, good to hear..and glad the website’s helped you out :>

    @Kasey Langton

    Ya Kasey…its common for a site to make $10-15/day then on other days only $5, $3 or $0..I don’t bother trying to understand what is going on, All I do is focus on pumping out sites and backlinking and the trend is income keeps going up…

    Also, when you have enough sites..you find that when some of your top earners aren’t performing on 1 day, you’ll have another group of top earners that will perform well to make up for it, and vice versa…this is what happens to me, I have a bunch of top sites that cycle with each other and as a result I always end up at around $100+/day as I always have sites to pick up the slack.

    How long do UAW generally takes to approve your articles? It seems like they’re at the higher end of the scale nowadays, all back-logged. I might even cancel if they can’t approve in 2 days. πŸ™

    How long has it been going on?

    Besides some things that I have noticed that can bring your epc down, such as getting traffic from sites such as Stumble, traffic from Google Images, there just seem to be a variance that sorta just happens.

    Once on a while I will have a day when my epc is down (down by quite a bit)across the board, and while in the past I would have been fretting over it, I trained myself into saying, “Aahh,,,,one of THOSE days”

    I do feel that for a day once in a while with a low epc, to find the culprit is to find a needle in a haystack, so why bother?

    Now, if your epc is down for some time, there may be reason to try to sort out why. And it sounds like you may be having this low epc more than just occasionally?

  20. March 6th, 2010 at 10:59 | #20

    Patience will pay you off in spades. Just keep running, do something else. My best UAW run still gets me traffic, just from the articles themselves, believe it or not. I got 300 backlinks from it somehow – which is a freak and happy circumstance.

    Needless to say, that bumped me up from page #4 to #1 after the run, out of nowhere.

    It took about 7 days at the time, it was my first run.

    I think the problem is we want a microwave, success is a Crock Pot. You should be working on something else in the meantime. You’ll be glad you waited.

    @ Me
    Its been about 3 days now..but today it seems to be going back up a bit to averging about .20 a click which is about where it was before. maybe it will get back to where it was because this .03 a click is killing me

    UAW articles are usually approved for me in 2-3 days…if it’s the weekend though, it might wind up on the tail end of that I noticed, but it’s never been an issue for me..I just make the submissions and forget/move on.

    dropping UAW given it’s effectiveness in promoting adsense snipers would be a mistake.

    One thing you can do about the low cents per click is to use the competetive ad filter… google “competitive ad filter” and you will get all the details… this will take away the clicks that are $0.10 or less.
