<a href="#comment-344" rel="nofollow">@Carrie</a>
Nonsense! There's nothing to making hubs Carrie, don't put it outside of your reach. You're just looking to get adsense clicks for keywords that have a high CPA that's simple.

The only thing which you MAY need to streamline is your keyword research, finding keywords that if you create a hub for, will result in you taking the first page of Google...that's something that would come with practice as you make more sites.

<a href="#comment-345" rel="nofollow">@Debbie</a>

Debbie, I've had positions like this in the past, the only thing is it's going to eat up a lot more of my time which is not what I was looking for. I'd rather have a 9-5 get in, get out job..Not a job I have to bring home with me or that will go on past 5...but in this economic climate I've got to take whatever I can get.

Court was mentioning his income could possibly triple by month 2. I suppose the only way you could truly extrapolate for yourself is after you've made a good # of hubs and seen the results. But ya, I would probably spread those hubs out over several accounts, I wouldn't put more than 10 hubs on 1 account.

Mike,

It sounds like the job will be a big change if it's offered to you. Knowing your temperament, I am sure you will still make your sites an important priority. Thanks for showing us the hub challenge.People seem to talk more about squidoo but I guess they don't do a revenue split. So 1000 hubs can yield maybe 3000 a month? Having the network shut down would be a very bad day.

I have been following the Hub Challenge over at TKA also and was quite surprised by the earnings. Looks good, but I'm sure Court is not your average hubmaker.

I've put it on my list of "to do someday I hope" :)

The interview went very well, thanks Deb and Debbie...I got the impression that they were impressed and wanted to pull me on board (they were showing me around the place after the interview).

The only thing is if I get this job(which I'll find out about early next week) I'm going to have a LOT of responsibilities. I went in thinking it was a regular Quality Assurance position, but it's turned out to be more of a Team Lead/Managerial position as I will be the only Quality Assurance Analyst there and will have to devise a plan for the new system they're working on and recommend what new resources should be hired.

The bad thing about that is I will need to make work a big priority and have to do overtime, which means less time for my online business...especially since this is further away than my other job.

I'll still be updating here, but it's just that the progress won't be as fast paced as it was before.

Debbie, about what that guy did it does look like an interesting thing to try out, for sure, it's something I would definitely consider.

After reading through the Keyword Academy though, I'm leaning more towards trying to earn Adsense money through Hubs if anything:

http://thekeywordacademy.com/make-money-online-with-hubpages-week-3-update/

That is the most recent update..He's put out 100 hubs so far and the adsense income is coming from the 50/50 revenue split with Hubpages.

He's made $257.64 in 3 weeks from all his hubs and he is expecting that to increase in the following month. I don't think it would take too long to pump out 100 hubs to get that, it's just like writing articles...even if you only did 5 a day, you'd be done in 20 days.

The only problem with hubs is that they could be shut down by competing sites.

Mike,

Yeah I hope your interview goes well too. The method you spoke about yesterday with adsense (100bucks) do you think of doing any sites with this method? It has over 3k pages indexed so it seems it would work best with an authority site. Or do you think it could work to some degree with a sniper site or cluster of them with high paying keywords and good backlinking?
