Day 245 – Adsense Sniper #115 – #117 + Adsense Milestone

January 5th, 2010

Got 3 adsense snipers done today…

Also, posted up 5 inner pages to some of my sites, part of the trial articles I had outsourced…

Today was when I was supposed to have 2 new writers start writing for me…what ended up happening is 1 of the writers wrote the assigned articles while the other didn’t.Β  This is one of th most annoying things to have to deal with when it comes to outsourcing, I’m amazed at how unprofessional so many people are.

Anyway, I’ve been thinking that I may hire even more than 3 people, maybe even 5 people…rather than draw out the outsourcing with 3, I may opt to just get a whole bunch of outsourcing done now in 1 shot then cut back on the outsourcing down the road..Anyways, I’ll see how things go.

In other news, I had another Adsense milestone today..$83.19, not that much over the previous one ($82.01 on Dec 7th), but I now can see this is due to the Backlink Solutions runs I did recently:

The impressions and clicks on the last 3 days, which I can’t disclose to you due to TOS of Adsense, further corroborate this.

I’d like to find another backlinking type service which would also bring traffic so I can increase my income even further seeing as how I’ve hit the 1000 backlink limit with Backlink Solutions..

Earnings For Today:

  • CB = $75.70 – 3 Sniper Sales
  • Hops = 170
  • Adsense = $83.19
  • Total = $158.89

Wow that’s excellent!! Shame about the writer, though I guess it’s to be expected at such low prices. But perseverance on your part is probably going to pay off a lot once you do find the reliable gems.

Is this new traffic coming from BLS sites or do you new sites just rank better in google?

I’ve never tried it but Keith Baxter is pushing Linkvana as a one way linking solution. Not cheap at $147 a month but they do have a $5 trial period. If you haven’t seen it you might check it out since Backlink solutions has a 1000 limit max.

Mike, have you checked out Linkdozer.com?

I’m looking at it right now. Maybe that can help you…

Mike, have you also checked out http://www.replacemyself.com/? John Jonas is able to get English speaking workers to do a lot of the tasks that he needs done for a low monthly fee.

Didn’t know if you were aware of it is all.

Awesome stuff Mike! Seems like you’ve been having quite a few 100+ days (combined) nice work! Are you going to be using UAW for additional backlinks?

Oh, and I’ve been wondering about 30minutebacklinks.com?

    @Ruth – Web Career Girl

Ya, some writers take on projects where the pay isn’t where they’d want because they like to just work on as many projects as they can at one time… and being that I’m offering long term work, that also makes up for it a bit..

However some of these people take on too much work, more than they can handle.

But ya, I’ll just keep at it until I find my people.

Good question…I just checked 2 of my sites that saw a boost in traffic and looked at the Analytics for them…It showed the vast majority of traffic came from Google, with smaller amounts from other search engines and basically no referral traffic, so it seems as if it’s all due to better rankings if Analytics is correct here.

Ya, I’m not happy about the 1000 max with BLS, but this thing seems to be working well as it has boosted up my income.

I have thought about Linkvana, but ya, the pricetag is pretty high..

    @Chris Hunter

Hey Chris, thanks for the suggestion, I had a look at it and it looks interesting, I’ll consider trying that one…

And ya, I’ve seen that replace myself thing, the only problem is the site they recommend doesn’t allow you to sign up(bestjobs.ph). I’m from Canada and I get this when trying to sign up as an employer:

“We regret to inform you, employer registrations are not currently allowed from your location.”

I even tried using Hide My IP to access it with differen’t IP’s and couldn’t get in.

Ya thanks Lisa, for some reason my CB sales are up, ever since the holidays..

I always use UAW, it’s a necessary component of my backlinking plan. I always wait until I have a chunk of sites to backlink, then I do it all at once as you’ve seen in the past…

I outsource articles to Human Rewriter, and then use those to submit to UAW with. The last time I did it was for Adsense Snipers #75-100, I’ll probably do it again soon for my next batch of sites.

And ya, I’ve heard of 30 minute backlinks, but don’t know too much about it, it doesn’t look like it’s a service though..

How many UAW submissions do you do per site? I get confused for some reason…since you get 6 links per submission.

Linkvana does seem pretty great but whoa on the price. What about thelinkjuicer.com – it’s free for 30 days. I’ll probably try it and see what happens.

Well, OK.. In each submission I have 2 links, those 2 links go to 2 different websites. The anchor text for those 2 links are randomly chosen amidst 6 options.

So if I’m advertising Pianosforsale.org, one keyword will be “pianos for sale” another will be “piano for sale”, then the other 4 will be the inner pages of that site…ex: “piano chairs”, “piano stool”, “Yahmaha piano”, “cheap pianos”.

Each of those anchor texts will use the same URL, “pianosforsale.org”, so the main domain will get links to it via those 6 anchor texts.

I do 1 UAW submission to the main domain of each site like this. Each submission covers 2 of my sites.

The Link Juicer is like Backlink Solutions, except that it lets you submit to 900 sites, I need to find something without a cap..

    Hi Mike,

    Great income day!

If you’re looking for more ranking boosts, I’m trying out SocialAdr at the moment, you may want to look at it. (WSO available in Warrior Forum). After a few days I’ve seen ranking boosts to a lot of my pages.

SocialAdr is super-fast community social bookmarking (with a lazy option for people like me).

Lots of different entry levels (including FREE) to suit people’s requirements.

    Darren (aka the lazy linkaholic)

    Hi Mike,

The reason you are getting that error message on bestjobs.ph is that you have to be a member of replacemyself.com to get in. You also get access to onlinejobs.ph through your membership. If you aren’t a member of replacemyself, you won’t be able to login regardless of what country you are in. Hope that helps!

Sorry for being a dunce but I was with you until you said each submission covers 2 of my sites. Isn’t one submission 3 articles w/2 links each article? Thanks, Mike.

Lisa, each article can have two links in the resource box. Now, you can make a TON of different resource boxes, but there’s only two links per article allowed.

Mike, dunno if I’m reading you correctly. Are you back linking your index page with anchor text using the keywords your inner pages are targeting?

My earnings have been up too after the new year, but I haven’t done anything in particular…..

It might just be the trend. People are getting click happy early on the new year πŸ˜‰

Thanks Darren, I’m taking notes and will decide on something else soon, I’ll look into this…

Hmm, I see, strange..there are so many jobs open there, I guess they’re normally only open to the Phillipines unless you get in via this course?

Well, we’re not supposed to discuss how UAW works, it’s against their TOS…but those 3 articles essentially become 1 article through the process of UAW.

Then…with that 1 article, there is 1 resource box that can be spun a number of times…

There are 2 links that go in there, I spin that anchor text for those 2 links 6x each.

Ya, I’m backlinking the main page with:

    1. The main keyword
    2. The plural of the main keyword(or singular of it if it’s plural to start) ex: pianos for sale / piano for sale
    3. The 4 inner page keywords..often times I get just my main page ranking for the inner keywords rather than the specific inner page ranking for it’s keyword.

I’m not sure if you do this already, but I’ve heard that during the outsourcing interview process it’s a good idea to give a fairly difficult task (eg. write a 3000 word report) instead of an easy one (eg. rewrite a 500 word article).

A lot of applicants will tell you to take a jump in the lake (but you don’t want them anyway). This helps you to find the people who are willing to put in the extra effort to get the job and therefore, you’re less likely to end up with duds.

Ya, I’ve heard of that tactic off of BHW…however I’m actually fine with my 5 trial article method…I can actually tell based on the 5 trial articles if they’re going to flake..

The people who flaked out on me had a delay in even getting those 5 articles to me…like maybe by just 1 day…I would hire them anyways due to their proficiency in English only to wind up seeing them flake on the 1st week.

So I suppose I should not be as lenient if they don’t submit the first 5 on time. Although it’s not the worst thing that can happen, I mean, I just get 35 keywords hung up for a few days…that could be a problem if I’m low on keywords though.
