@Randy

Hey Randy, I don't have that information because it's not important to me, I did not stop to think about it/calculate it, I just did what was necessary to get to where I needed to be.

All I care about is the fact that from this day forward, if I stop making sites and stop promoting, I have $3k/month coming in.

That kind of mentality did not serve me in the past and if I did not transcend it I wouldn't be where I am today. Also, I wouldn't be doing you or anyone else a favor by figuring that out and posting it as it would only support the wrong mentality.

What I CAN tell you is that if I just wanted to live off of this income now I'd be paying $25x2/month for hosting(I recently started a 2nd reseller account), and around 2k/year for domain renewals. Of course that won't happen because I'm going to continue to invest in and build my business.

Mike, just for the record to make this all relevant. You should post your annual gross and your expenses. No one expects you to break even right away but what good is passive income if you never hit break even or show a profit.

It would be great to see your profits growing as you progress.

My big complaint with all the gurus that teach IM is that they never tell you what their net is. Big deal they make 7 figures but how much did they have left over?

@Sylvia

Thanks Sylvia. What I spent to make the income is not important as from this point on I'm generating a passive income of about 3k/month.

Check out generic tip #2:

Nice work Mike. How much you make is not as important as what you spent to make the income. When you deduct your costs for domain registration, outsourcing, and tools that you use, what is your take home for 2009?

@Chris Hunter

I'm going to be focusing more on Adsense as I find it a lot easier to find keywords for adsense snipers and to scale up the adsense snipers...

Once I'm at a full time income, I'll start looking into Ebay again. That Ebay income is from a clickbank sniper that is named ___forsale.org ...It's a domain that while not the best for Clickbank products, does really well as far as selling physical products via Ebay.

I recently purchased some 20 odd pre-owned domains which I plan on using with Wordpress Mage to create 1000 page EBay sites. Once I'm at around 4-4.5k/month, I'll begin developing those.

Mike,

Thanks for the repsonse. I have John's XFactor Adsense course and am a member of the forum as well. Bought my first 2 domains but haven't started rolling it out yet.

So do you still plan to build Clickbank sites or focus more on AdSense? Also, have you also considered Amazon or eBay sites? I do see the eBay income listed above and was curious if that was something that you're abandoning or considering more of.

Thanks!

@Chris Hunter

Hey thanks Chris...My immediate goal is to hit 4 - 4.5k/month that would be 50k/year...I'm hoping to get there in the next 2 months.

Once I have that, I'll continue to raise my income to 5k/month, 6k/month, 8k/month, 10k/month etc...

I'm not following Google Sniper at this time, I'm doing the XFactor adsense course, which entails me creating 5 page adsense sites with the main keyword being equal to the domain name.. you can find it on the Warrior Forum...here's something you can read, just scroll a bit down to see my sniper building process:
