Day 241 – End Of December Totals

January 1st, 2010

More good stuff from Kenny vs. Spenny!

As far as what I did today…I spent my time coming up with inner page keywords for 14 of my registered domains, that’s 56 keywords… Having done this, I now have all the inner pages worked out for all of my registered  domains I have yet to develop.  I’ve just got 3 more domains that I need to find inner page keywords for then I’ll have everything laid out up until Adsense Sniper #150 or so, then its just a matter of getting the work all outsourced.

In addition to that, I picked out the sites that I want to backlink via Backlink Solutions as I can only give 1000 backlinks/month…with each site getting 20 backlinks, I’ve singled out the sites to send links to and paired them off in groupings of 3 to write 60 word snippets for.  I got another 3 done today which means I’ve got 8 snipets going out to backlink 24 of my sites.  Just have another 8 more or so to do.

Now as far as the totals for December, here they are:

EBay = $19.02 Canadian ($18.07 US)
Adsense = $1,789.91($1,265.63 last month) + $524.28 increase (the month before that it increased by $514.19).
CB = $1,171.88 GROSS ($849.12 last month)
CB = $1,080.06 NET ( $849.12 last month) + $230.94 increase
Hops = 4,620 (4,827 last month) – 207 hops
Gross Sales = 53 (38 last month) +14 gross sales
Net Sales = 49 (38 last month) +11 net sales
Refunds = 4 (0 last month)
Sale of domain on GoDaddy Auction = $285.00 ($300 minus $15 fee)

Also, thought I’d mention, one thing I didn’t mention last month was that I had gotten a $26.80 UAW comission last month as well as I believe a $2 Human Rewriter comission.

This month there was a $15 human rewriter comission(thanks :>) and a Hostgator commission as well of $50(thanks man)..

So the grand total for December is: $3,238.04 (it was $2,434.84 last month).  As a side note, the totals for Adsense on December 31st were $59.98 and for CB it was $66.73.

Now here’s a look at how my adsense has progressed since I started creating adsense snipers:

Sept = $240.68 Adsense sniper #6 – #18 (Adsense sniper #1-5 were made in August before even reading about XFactor’s system, started mid September with that)
Oct = $751.44 ($510.76 increase) Adsense sniper #19 – #43
Nov = $1,265.63($514.19 increase) Adsense sniper #44 – #81
Dec = $1,789.91($524.28 increase) Adsense sniper #82 – #111

Seeing as how we’re done with 2009, here’s a look at how my income progressed that year:

2009 Yearly Income:

Jan = $301.14
Feb = $325.17
Mar = $622.44 **started building Clickbank snipers near end of the month, this boost in income was due to SENuke runs on authority site#1 though
April = $795.19
May = $1,158.80
June = $1,874.12
July = $1,975.51 **started building Hubpages & Infobarrels (didn’t work out as planned)
Aug = $1,683.66 **stopped making Clickbank snipers & Hubs & Infobarrels
Sept = $1,552.74 **started building adsense snipers
Oct = $2,315.32
Nov = $2,434.84 (This month CB income dropped by around $500-600 while at the same time adsense income jumped up $500)
Dec = $3,238.04

I was hoping to be at 4k by now, but hopefully once I get more than 1 solid outsourcer rolling out content, income will start picking up!

    Hi Mike,

    That’s a great achievement. Thanks for sharing. By the way, do you use blog format for your snipers or using the XFactor’s html format? What’s your experience on that?

    Congrats to you Mike!!!…very impressive income and what you have to look forward to is even more growth.

    I’d predict your income will double or triple in the next 12 months. Thanks for sharing so much detail on your internet progress – reading this blog is like getting a first-rate IM education.

    @Evita

    Thanks Evita you too :>

    @Ruth – Web Career Girl

    Ya Ruth, I’m planning on working less and outsourcing more this year..

    @Bob

    Hey Bob…for my adsense snipers I’m using XSite Pro 2 and I’m using the same black/green/yellow theme that John talks about in his course. I find that it gets indexed/ranks about the same as a WordPress blog. Also, the conversions are high.

    @MikeM

    Thanks Mike, you too man..

    @Todd

    Appreciate it Todd, glad you’re enjoying it :>

    @Bruce

    Hey Bruce, thanks bud, glad you’re getting a lot out of it :>

    Mike, congrats on what looks like a great year!

    In case I’ve missed it on your site, what are your financial goals with all of these sites? Are you trying to reach a certain $$/day?

    Also, have you ever laid out your system here on the blog? I’d love to be able to see the system that you’re implementing. I know that you loosely based all of this from the Google Sniper method, but what modifications have you made?

    Sorry for all of the questions! Just really curious is all. Thanks!

    @Chris Hunter

    Hey thanks Chris…My immediate goal is to hit 4 – 4.5k/month that would be 50k/year…I’m hoping to get there in the next 2 months.

    Once I have that, I’ll continue to raise my income to 5k/month, 6k/month, 8k/month, 10k/month etc…

    I’m not following Google Sniper at this time, I’m doing the XFactor adsense course, which entails me creating 5 page adsense sites with the main keyword being equal to the domain name.. you can find it on the Warrior Forum…here’s something you can read, just scroll a bit down to see my sniper building process:

    Mike,

    Thanks for the repsonse. I have John’s XFactor Adsense course and am a member of the forum as well. Bought my first 2 domains but haven’t started rolling it out yet.

    So do you still plan to build Clickbank sites or focus more on AdSense? Also, have you also considered Amazon or eBay sites? I do see the eBay income listed above and was curious if that was something that you’re abandoning or considering more of.

    Thanks!

    @Chris Hunter

    I’m going to be focusing more on Adsense as I find it a lot easier to find keywords for adsense snipers and to scale up the adsense snipers…

    Once I’m at a full time income, I’ll start looking into Ebay again. That Ebay income is from a clickbank sniper that is named ___forsale.org …It’s a domain that while not the best for Clickbank products, does really well as far as selling physical products via Ebay.

    I recently purchased some 20 odd pre-owned domains which I plan on using with WordPress Mage to create 1000 page EBay sites. Once I’m at around 4-4.5k/month, I’ll begin developing those.

    Nice work Mike. How much you make is not as important as what you spent to make the income. When you deduct your costs for domain registration, outsourcing, and tools that you use, what is your take home for 2009?

    @Sylvia

    Thanks Sylvia. What I spent to make the income is not important as from this point on I’m generating a passive income of about 3k/month.

    Mike, just for the record to make this all relevant. You should post your annual gross and your expenses. No one expects you to break even right away but what good is passive income if you never hit break even or show a profit.

    It would be great to see your profits growing as you progress.

    My big complaint with all the gurus that teach IM is that they never tell you what their net is. Big deal they make 7 figures but how much did they have left over?

    @Randy

    Hey Randy, I don’t have that information because it’s not important to me, I did not stop to think about it/calculate it, I just did what was necessary to get to where I needed to be.

    All I care about is the fact that from this day forward, if I stop making sites and stop promoting, I have $3k/month coming in.

    That kind of mentality did not serve me in the past and if I did not transcend it I wouldn’t be where I am today. Also, I wouldn’t be doing you or anyone else a favor by figuring that out and posting it as it would only support the wrong mentality.

    What I CAN tell you is that if I just wanted to live off of this income now I’d be paying $25×2/month for hosting(I recently started a 2nd reseller account), and around 2k/year for domain renewals. Of course that won’t happen because I’m going to continue to invest in and build my business.
