As far as outsourcing is concerned, I only outsource for my UAW submissions, I cut out an Ezine send it to Human Rewriter and ask them to rewrite that 3x so that I can then put that through the UAW system for 1 submission. Regarding writing articles for your sites, what I did was write Ezine articles on topics other than the niche I'm marketing for, I picked topics I know a lot about so that I could write the articles up easily. But I think with as many sites as you have now, you would be better of starting to backlink some of your sites, and focus on getting better ranking with your highest earners, especially if they have been in Google for a while, I could imagine it would be good to backlink them up to make them stable.
