Day 179 – Adsense Sniper #41-43

October 31st, 2009

Today I got 3 adsense snipers done…

I noticed that one of my sites that had disappeared still had a top level domain open, so I took it and developed it into another site with only 1 page to see if I could get my ranking back with that.ย  If this ends up ranking in place of my site that went off the map, I’ll not only be able to start earning that income again, but I’ll have an insurance policy there since I have 2 domains.

Also, I’ve been noticing that Bookmarking Demon 4 has been submitting to fewer places ever since BMD version 5 came out.ย  Version 5 is seriously messed up and is actually a downgrade to go to.ย  I’m no longer going to be using version 4 either at this point since its become less effective… I used SENuke to do bookmarking submissions for today, but I’m also going to look into “Bookmarkwiz” which since this BMD 5 fiasco, I’m hearing is now one of the alternatives to consider using..

Earnings For Today:

  • CB = $73.94 – 3 sniper sales
  • Hops = 166(new) / 322(old analytics)
  • Adsense = $23.51

    Hey Mike, I have to agree with you on BMD. Sometimes when you try to make something perfect, it can become worse. I have a question for you. When I check my ezine backlinks using yahoo explorer, no anchor links show up. Does this make any difference in the serps?

    @Ron

    Hey Ron, I don’t use Yahoo Explorer so I’m not sure what your question is exactly…

    I can say that I check my backlinks with SEO for Firefox by searching Google for my website then clicking on “Y! Page Links” which pops up underneath it due to the plugin, that gives you all the backlinks that Yahoo has recognized.

    If you find your Ezine Articles in there, they’ve been found and are counting towards ranking your site based on the anchor text link…although really, links will start counting towards the ranking of your site even before they are found by such tools.
