Day 171 – Did 3 SENuke Submissions

October 23rd, 2009

Kenny vs Spenny – The competition was who can wear a dead octopus on the head the longest…Kenny slipped Spenny LSD to get him to take it off

As I mentioned earlier, I had decided to submit to about 16 Web 2.0 sites in SENuke on the first day for 2 of my inner pages on a site, then the following day to the other 14 to yield about 30 backlinks for each of those 2 pages….Today I just did the 2nd run to complete the 30 backlinks for 2 links to 1 of my sites….over the next 2 days I’ll be using the same spun article to build backlinks to the other 2 inner pages…

In addition to that, I also wrote up 2 more spun articles to be used for 2 additional sites, each one is at 40-50% unique through Content Boss + Me Spinning almost every sentence 3x…I ended up doing 2 more submissions with both of those, so 3 sites have had SENuke submissions in total now.

Using the Magic Rank Tracker, I can’t notice any substantial changes in ranking, just the usual daily fluctuation of going up or down 1 position, nothing to indicate any reaction to the first SENuke run…

The last time I ran SENuke on some of my CB domains, I noticed that it took a while for me to notice it did anything at all…basically the MAIN thing it did was give my site more stability in the rankings, although there was a slight boost in rankings as well…Will have to wait and see what happens this time around though, especially with so many more web 2.0 properties being used.

I do plan on writing up a batch of Ezines to send to my latest 10 or so odd sites as I know the last time I did an Ezine run it resulted in an income increase…BTW, I’ve noticed that a few of the sites I created a few days ago are now ranking on page 1…1 of them that was for a 2.9k searches/month term with a $2.30 CPC, it ranked around #6 today and was my top earning site for the day…I also had another site I built a while back bring in a good sum of money….

My Adsense total for today though is $24.56, this is because sites keep going off of page 1…If everything stayed on page 1, I’d probably be making $35-40/day.

Earnings For Today:

  • CB = $63.66 = 3 sniper sales
  • Hops = 28(new analytics) <-strange / 490(old analytics)
  • Adsense = $24.56

i have read every post from the beginning and it seem that you have come along way. i have a question for you. when you create a sniper site do you install it at google webmaster tool. and if you do are you doing the domain name and sitemap or just the sitemap.

also i have found a great KW but the domain name is taken. do you suggest to add a word to the main KW or should i look for somthing eles.

keep posting as i am a follower of your work.

    thank you

    Hey Mr Mut,

AS far as submitting to Google Webmaster tools, I’m assuming that you’re talking about for the purposes of indexing. I personally don’t register my site with Webmaster tools in the hopes of getting my site indexed faster as I’ve found a system which works really well:

    1. Run Bookmarking Demon
    2. Digg the site
    3. Submit the feed with RSS Submit/RSS Bot/SENuke’s RSS Submission(just 1 of these is probably good enough but i like to really spread it out)

About the sitemap…I use the Google XML Sitemaps plugin, that’s about it.

and about going after a keyword if the domain is taken…I just don’t bother. I’ve tried it before and found that it just means you’ve got to work harder at the backlinking and you’ve got to wait longer before you see it rank for your intended keyword…

I prefer to see fast results and not have to rely as much on backlinking, and since there are SOOO many keywords out there, it’s a much better plan to allocate significantly more time to keyword research so you can find those money keywords where the domain is available.

Thank you for the info… let me expand on that if i may. this might help other people as well.

if i have a product name and the only domain i found open was

www product name + word (review, test, center, site, ect) .com

also the product name is also a root keyword which get most of the traffic.

would you grap it or pass it along.

    thank you again

Hey, I answered this question in the bottom of my post to you..

“and about going after a keyword if the domain is taken…I just don’t bother. I’ve tried it before and found that it just means you’ve got to work harder at the backlinking and you’ve got to wait longer before you see it rank for your intended keyword…

If “product name” gets all the traffic and the best you can get is “product name review”, I would personally pass, I prefer easy ranking.
