Day 155 – Research + Adsense Sniper #27

October 7th, 2009

I spent today doing some research for a couple more adsense snipers then just put out my first one in this new niche today.Β  The research I did will be enough for me to put up a couple more sites over the next few days..

I’m also thinking at some point of putting up some Go Articles as backlinks and see if that positively affects any of my sites..

Those UAW articles I did a while back are now up and submitting at 7/day so I’ve got some automated backlinking going on for a good majority of my sites now.

Earnings For Today:

  • CB Sales = $42.88 – 1 Sniper sale + 1 sale for Site #3 (just a reminder that Site#1-8 are my authority sites)
  • Hops = 197(new) / 400(old)
  • Adsense = $22.17

    Hey Mike,

I see that your adsense income has increased much which is great. I’m still trying to edit my own wp theme for John’s course though which i’m not really good at lol.

Would prefer to do it in wp though. Any themes that you can recommend?

Hey Zeb, If you logon to XFactor’s site, you’ll see John has several people there who create WP themes similar to John’s theme…I can’t recommend something I’m not using though…I’d recommend just figuring out and using XSite Pro, it wasn’t fun but I did it and now am very used to it.

I know the first guy John allowed to promote his theme on the site had one very similar in layout, but it was removed due to ppl complaining about some issues with the theme…I think he’s fixed them though, not sure what his name is though.

Question about your UAW submissions. Are you using your articles from the sites as one of the 3 versions or are you doing all separate rewrites?

I’m trying to figure out how to save time, as the UAW rewrites for 4 or 5 site articles are probably the most time consuming piece of the whole process for me – though I do think these submissions are definitely worth doing.

Hey Jeff, I outsourced the UAW submissions. Just found some Ezine Articles and had each article sent to Human Rewriter to be re-written 3x.

Thanks for the writing tips the other day. I pumped out 4 articles quicker than normally today! Now just have to wait for EZA to approve them. How long are they generally taking for you to get yours approved? I’m still basic-plus though so mine are taking 10 to 14 days πŸ™

After they are approved, I run them through ArticleBot since I don’t have UAW.

Nice Clefty! Glad those helped out..

My articles get approved in record time these days. I submit in large batches of 30, so this might have something to do with it, I’m also a platinum author.

When I submit, some of those articles get accepted the very next day, and the rest the following day…there have been times though when some articles get accepted the same day.

    Hi Mike,
Do you find using Xsite Pro to set up a site is much faster and easier than using WP? How much faster?
Comparing Xsite Pro sites and WP sites, do you find they are treated equally by google, or google likes WP sites more (easier to rank / index)?

    Hey Will,

I find XSite Pro and WordPress are pretty much comparable…I can setup and promote(via bookmarks/rss/digg) both types of sites within an hour…XSite Pro may be 5-10 minutes faster at times.

As far as how they are treated by Google, surprisingly, I don’t see a difference in the treatment between the XSite Pro html sites and WordPress sites…I believe it has more to do with the niche and keyword you picked than anything else.

I’ve had an XSite Pro site for instance get indexed and ranked #2 for it’s keyword the very next day and start pulling in several dollars a day consistently thereafter..

in contrast, I’ve setup WordPress sites that took a week to get indexed for a different niche/keyword and not end up ranking anywhere half decent.

Hey Dee, it looks like “Inspiration01” asked you a question earlier on my blog if you check the blog comments….

About XSite Pro, it’s run remotely on your computer, from there it houses all your projects, and updates them via ftp when you click “publish”.

There is also a scheduler which runs in the background on your computer which as long as you have an Internet connection, will be able to schedule your posts for you as well by auto posting them up at specified times.

Thanks mike, I watched the demo and looked at the FAQ and you can host the sitepro sites on hostgator because xsitepro does not have a hosting service.

I am working with wordpress for now but do have a desire to use xsitepro. so i have decided to invest in xsite pro first and then UAW. hopefully all before the year is out… my recent payout from google and amazon, i had to use for family bills.

if you have an affiliate mike for xsitepro, I will use that.
Sorry, I missed the question, will answer

Ya, I’m with Hostgator and have been using XSite Pro fine…I don’t see how there would be a problem with any hosting company as all you have to do is enter your FTP details into XSite Pro then click “Publish”.

wow! it’s that’s simply? I can’t wait to get it. will invest my next earnings into xsite pro and then UAW. after that will be it for investing in tools until i can afford to outsource my writing.

I just got 6 more articles approved in ezine. Im still waiting to get approved for an upgrade to platinum. not quite there yet

Ya, there is a bit of a learning curve though in setting up the theme properly, but as far as uploading the content, it’s not that difficult.

BTW, check your e-mail, I sent a msg to the email you entered in here..

@dee – your articles being approved any faster? My last 7 or 8 were all approved within 6 or 7 days and I am still basic plus member!
