<a href="#comment-1629" rel="nofollow">@Paul</a>

Hey Paul thanks. As far as BMD is concerned, when I use it, I mainly use it to get my new websites indexed quickly. I've found that if I don't bookmark a new site with BMD, it can take upwards of a week to get indexed, where if that same site or a similar site is bookmarked the day it's created, it's indexed the following day.

For backlinking purposes you'd get a lot more out of something like UAW than BMD.

When you do the submissions, ya, not all of them go through, it's all part of the game. Usually out of the 100 odd sites I submit to, only 50-60 go through and that's fine with me.

You can add additional sites to submit to if you want.. I haven't been doing that though..BMD is good for a handful of quick links(usually less than 5 end up being recognized by Yahoo Backlinks), but I look to other programs for link building purposes.

Hey Mike!
Been reading your blog for some time now. I love the great tips and different strategies that you employ with your various sites. I've been meaning to ask you a question I had regarding BMD and I haven't seen you bring it up or discussed in the comments..or I may have missed it.
I know you've been using SENuke lately, but since that is out of my price range for now I've been employing BMD for link building and want to use it to its full effect. Do you use just the default sites that come with the package out of the box or have you added additional ones?
The reason I ask is many times the original ones either time out or aren't working properly any more so I minimize the impact I can have when I do a BMD run.
Thanks again for your updates!

<a href="#comment-1620" rel="nofollow">@Lisa</a>

Lisa, this thread talks about his book:

hxxp://www.warriorforum.com/internet-marketing-product-reviews-ratings/111134-xfactors-adsense-masters-micro-niche-adsense-course.html (replace xx's with tt's)

You can find the link to get it in XFactor's sig.

<a href="#comment-1622" rel="nofollow">@shelly</a>

Heh, well, all I can say is when you know a lot about 1 subject, you can get in the zone and keep popping them out...

I just do a search on my topic in the Google Keyword tool and start going down the list of keywords there and writing on them, not caring about how much competition or searches the keywords have as I'm only concerned about backlinks, not having these articles rank.

I also have minimal pauses between writing 1 article then going over to write the next...I try to keep my thoughts flowing from my head to the screen..

When you feel like you have a lot you want to say/get out there, you tend to type it all out without much stopping...

I usually convey at least 2 key points about the topic in each article.

How in the hell can you write that many articles in one day? FREAKING AMAZING!

Since reading John's ebook I'm able to write 4 or 5 articles for EZA a day and think I'm really doing good. LOL

<a href="#comment-1616" rel="nofollow">@Peter (pacecom)</a>

Hahah..well, I probably type around 60-70wpm, nothing that fast, the thing is, when I type, I pretty much type it all out and rarely go back and make changes or stop to think for very long..that plus writing on topics you know a lot about is what makes the most difference.

These articles I type up are on average 275-320 words..you shouldn't keep your Ezines longer than they have to be, John must have said 500+ for the content on the website because 500+ for Ezines is bad advice.

And thanks for that pointer on the link wheels..

Mike,

I forgot to mention that my articles are all
over 500 words so maybe that is a factor. I
know that we only need 250 words for EzineAr
but I believe 500 word articles were recommended
for submission. How long are your articles?

Mike, How in the f&&k can you write so fast.
I am a terrible typist so I have been using
the Mac version of Dragon called MacSpeech
Dictate. Tonight, I "pumped" out 3 articles
in about 1 hour and was dam proud of myself.

You must be able to type 100 words a minute.
I can't even talk as fast as you type. What
a Machine!

I do like this approach of writing articles
on topics we like. It will make this whole
process a lot more productive.

Also Mike, if you were to go back and look at
the materials in the SEO BootCamp you will find
that Jeremy and Don said it takes a couple of
weeks for the full effect of the link wheels to
be completely realized.
