Day 119 – SENuke Day 7

September 1st, 2009

LOL @ 4:20

Well, as I mentioned yesterday, the banners for 2 of the products I was promoting suddenly vanished from all my sites, the products were both probably owned by the same guy. I had to go and spend 3-4 hours putting the images on my own domains and linking to that rather than externally…I used “Domain Dashboard” to help me get the work done faster…it’s got a “mass ftp” feature which let me upload some files to a bunch of my domains automatically which was cool.

Aside from that, I did another SENuke run on one of my sniper site keywords that had been overtaken by competition….I also noticed that for the last SENuke run I did, I was able to raise a site up from no rankings on page 1 to a #3 ranking on page 1..

Now on somewhat unrelated note, I’ve decided to start hitting the gym again. Ever since I started doing this online business, I’ve gone lax on my diet and lost all my muscle which is pretty crazy, I’m not used to not being in the gym like this. Now that I’m 30 though, I’ve decided I need to get back into bodybuilding and my usual physical shape..

I’m now going to be lifting weights 3-4x a week and doing cardio 4-5x a week…this will take out 1 1/2 – 2 hours a day for me..I’m also going to be totally changing my diet to chicken, protein shakes, veggies and almonds for most of the week..

This is going to eat into time I’d otherwise spend on my business, but I’ll still get a good amount of work done each day.

Earnings For Today:

* CB = $22.44
* Hops = 154(new analytics) old analytics has been decommissioned it seems.
* Adsense = $9.39(hubs = $3.66) + Some $ from an adsense sniper

    OMG I love Jack Black. 4:20 was hilarious!

    Awesome to see you back at the gym. I do not regret getting back into my health and working out before I do anything for my online business. Working out will actually improve your work effectiveness. Also it doesn’t hurt to come home and have a decent breakfast and a cup of coffee to push you through the day. lol Your adsense seems to be increasing steadily. Nice to see some consistency with it huh?

    @Sara

    Ya..when I told one of the guys at my gym why I wasn’t going as often he said “Ya, but you don’t want to be fat and rich do you?”..I suppose he had a point.

    Ya, my adsense has increased a bit, it’s almost double what it normally is now…man I forgot to do the totals for the month, I’ll have to do that next update.

    @Paul Morales

    Damn dude, you left so many comments for me to answer haha…

    Ya, I’ve always been really into working out though, I started 14 years ago and been working out regularly since around 8 years ago..

    BTW, EVERY one of your posts got caught in my spam filter…I’ll answer a few of those q’s:

    Yes, I have Hubpages as a channel in adsense and I also track it in analytics..

    I pay about $8 per domain at namecheap…not the cheapest, but I’m happy with them.

    UAW is worth it so long as you make full use of it. That goes for a lot of programs. The problem is most people don’t use it enough to get the full benefit of the program..UAW was a necessity for me to get a bunch of my sniper sites ranking well.
