Just wanted to say that I’ve noticed over the last few days I’ve been getting double the normal visitors over here off of the Warrior Forum, but I haven’t heard from you guys and girls, don’t be afraid to comment or ask questions here :>

I initially intended for this to just be a small community site, full of info, charting my progress, but if more people can find value with the site, then all the better.

Today I just got back 3 of the 11 articles I ordered off of GetArticlesDone.com … My first impression was that the articles were better than I expected.  I only paid $7.99 for each UAW article, which in truth is actually 3 articles, so that breaks down to $2.66 per article.

I could tell that the articles were written by someone who had a good grasp of the English language.  There were a few spelling errors, ex:

“optimised” vs “optimized”, “maximising” instead of “maximizing”…but that was easily fixed in a few seconds in word.

Other than that, there were maybe 2 or 3 grammatical issues per article, which didn’t take me more than a few seconds to fix.

One thing though, I ordered the 300+ word UAW articles and got back an article with 6 paragraphs.  UAW suggests you have a minimum of 8, so it can do it’s thing, however, you can still submit to UAW with 6 paragraph articles.  Also, I noticed that the keyword was not used in the article, only in the title, so I had to go and add it 3x.

Next time I suppose you need to spell this stuff out in the instructions.  But again, overall, the quality of English is much better than some of the other articles I’ve seen where you can clearly tell it’s not the writer’s native tongue, I’ll probably be using these guys again but will reserve my final judgment when I get all my articles.

In other news, today I put up a new website in my main sniper niche, it was something I needed to research a bit so it took me longer than usual.  I also submitted 2 of the 3 UAW articles I ordered.

Also, I wanted to add that I noticed that Site#1 has increased in page rank to PR2 and it has also gotten 1.5k more visitors over last month…near the beginning of this month I submitted it to 400+ directories at ArticleAware.com, it seems like it paid off.

Oh, and the SENuke submissions I did, they were for some sites that I had knocked out of the rankings (ex: keyword.org got knocked off of page 1 of Google by keyword.net).  The submissions didn’t seem to have any effect on rankings as the sites didn’t pop back up on Google (I can’t even see them in page 2,3 etc..).  perhaps if I had run them on the site which is currently ranking on page 1 I’d have seen some that site move up.
Earnings For Today:
  • $45.84, 1 sale for the main sniper site niche = $25.48, 1 sale for site #1$20.36
  • Adsense = $5.51 – I noticed a BIG chunk of this came from one of the 10 hubpages I created a couple weeks ago.  It seems like it took 2 weeks for the hubs to get to the point where they could earn me money from adsense, and in the last 9 days, well, I can’t say how much I’ve earned, however,I will say if I extrapolate this, if I had made 100 sites, I’d be getting around an extra $100/month, and I’m sure that number would go up as the sites start ranking higher since the ones bringing in this money are only on page 2-3 of Google.

Day 55 – Need To Hold Down The Fort

Over the last few days you may have noticed my hops have declined a bit…they used to be in the high 400’s or even in the 500’s…lately they have been in the high 300’s so I decided to do some investigation into why that was.  What I found out was that it seems like there is more competition in my main sniper niche all of a sudden.  Part of it is people with old sites realizing their spots are gone and trying to have a go at them again and I even noticed a few newcomers.

So I’ve come to realize that just running UAW once may not be enough in some niches to hold down the fort.  Seeing this, I’ve decided to devise a more involved backlinking plan.

I was talking with Ben today and got some good ideas from him.  One was that I could pick up Magic Article Re-writer and use that to quickly re-write an article submitted to UAW sufficiently(30%+ unique) so that it can be resubmitted to UAW again.  When submitting it again, I could then submit to UAW under different categories to spread out the distribution more.  I could then use this spun up article to submit to Article Marketing Automation as well, and do the same thing there (re-submit spun articles under different categories).

I don’t currently have Article Marketing Automation, so I’m holding off on that for now…But I did pick up Magic Article Rewriter…I find it better than Power Article Rewriter as it provides you better synonyms and it also can accept and save your own synonym suggestions so that it becomes better at substituting the more you use it.  It also has the option to “replace all” so you can spin all occurances of say “can’t” with “can not” (ie: {can’t|can not} )

So since I don’t have Article Marketing Automation, I decided to use SENuke and see how that helps.  I did 2 runs of it so far and built backlinks up for 4 of my sites in total, 2 links per submission.  I created a blogger blog, wordpress blog, quizilla, wikispaces, wetpaint, tripod, hubpage, zimbio, goarticle, msn space, google site and webs.com site and had all of those link back to my sites…After those sites were created, they were then bookmarked at about 10 or so bookmarking sites and then I submitted the RSS feeds for all the Web 2.0 properties to a bunch of RSS Directories.

Now when I did the SENuke submission, what I did was just pull one of my UAW articles to use for it.  I did use Magic Article Re-writer on it a bit though to make it 30% unique so there will be a better chance of all these Web 2.0 sites showing up in Google to bring in more traffic to my sites(although backlinking is my main concern).

I tried interlinking all the Web 2.0 sites although I stopped 1/2 way through doing it for 1 of the submissions as it was taking a long time.  Brute Force SEO was good for auto creating and autolinking Web 2.0 properties, although it was quite buggy.

I logged where my sites were today and will see tomorrow if there is any change.  I may continue using SENuke to build up more backlinks to my sites, or I may look into other options.  The other options include using an article submitter.  Now I’ve gotten Article Drip Robot, but since then, better programs have come out.  There is Article Bot out now as well as Automatic Article Submitter.  If I were to choose between the 2, I’d likely get Automatic Article Submitter as that not only auto creates accounts, but it auto-confirms all the e-mails unlike ArticleBot.  Also Automatic Article Submitter allows the body of the articles to be spun and the article submission to be staggered.

So the other possibility is to take the UAW articles, run them through Magic Article Rewriter for 15-25 min, get them 30% unique, then submit that to various article directories through Automatic Article Submitter.

I’ll be experimenting with different things and will eventually settle in on something.

Day 54 – I Outsourced The UAW Articles

So today, I began work on writing my UAW articles, I actually wrote and submitted 1 article which would build backlinks for 2 of my sites…that left me to create 11 more UAW Articles (1 for every 2 of my sites to build backlinks to, since I put in 2 links in each UAW submission)…

But before going on to work on some more, I recalled that earlier in the day I was talking to Debbie and she had mentioned a site, in passing, at which you can outsource UAW article writing…I’m not sure of the efficacy or quality of the work done here, but at the price that was being offered, I decided to give it a try…The site BTW is GetArticlesDone.com …

I ordered 11 UAW Articles as follows:

300+ words (6+ paragraphs, 3 articles total): $6.95

Then I paid an extra buck for each one for their “Rush” turn around…  They say they will “TRY” to get it done in 24-48 hours though:

“We try all to get your articles done within 24-48 hours but can’t promise that though. Please also include some delay if you place bulk orders.”

It seems like all these article writing services can’t manage to hold hard set deadlines, I’m pretty astonished by the fact that they can’t even guarantee that when you pay extra for it.  Anyway, I’ll see how this turns out, if I’m happy with it, I’ll probably continue to outsource my UAW articles.  The whole thing cost me about $88, which is about a day and a half of my current online income, in exchange, it’s probably saving me about 2=3 days of work.  Once this work is done, I’ll then go and submit all the articles myself…

Now that the backlinking is taken care of, I’m going to begin creating sites again tomorrow..

Ok, so I just finished off the last 2 sites I’m going to be creating for a while…Now I need to run UAW on about 23 odd sites, so this should take me about 4-5 days to complete.  After the backlinking for these sites is on autopilot, if my previous sites are any indication, they should start kicking in and generating commissions more frequently in about a months time, maybe a little sooner…

I’m still kind of curious about trying out building Hubpages for adsense…I do have my hands full with lots of sniper sites to create though…

Day 52 – 2 More Sites To Go & R.I.P. MJ

Well as you are now most likely aware, Michael Jackson died today at 50 after going into cardiac arrest…

I was surprised to find that when I did a search on “Michael Jackson Dead”, I saw an IM’er actually trying to profit off this with an adwords ad saying  “Should MJ Go To Hell?” then when you load it up it’s some site linking to a CPA offer saying to vote ‘yes’ or ‘no’ on it and you can win a free Wii…pretty messed up, but it’s gone now.

I was a big fan of MJ back in the 80’s and it’s sad that Michael Jackson is now gone.. the world doesn’t feel the same without him around…It was hard to believe that he was actually dead even when reading about it. Even now it seems unreal, he was so young…

Well, back to my business, today I got another 2 sites done…I decided to count up how many sniper sites I now have and found that I now have 77 O_o.

As I answered in a previous comment from Bruce, I began creating these sites around the end of March, but I really started creating them en-masse around the end of April(2 months ago).

As a result, my income jumped from $622 in March to $795 in April (12 sales from sniper sites), then again to $1,051 in May (17 sniper sales totalling $417).  For the month of June, the # of sniper site sales looks like it is going to be 2.5x what it was the previous month..I’ll wait until the end of the month before I post stats.

I’ve now got 2 more sites to build before I finally venture into new keyword terriotory..  I much prefer going after new, fresh keywords than trying to rank again for the same keywords…It will be interesting to see how these .net and .org sites for the same keyword perform in a months time when they’ve had enough time to age and gain backlinks..

Day 51 – 4 Sites Left To Build

Ok so today I got yet another 2 sniper sites done, I’ve now got 4 more left, so I’ll be done by Friday.  After these sites are done, I’m going to go promote them all through UAW, considering I’ve got 23 to build backlinks to, at 5-6 a day, it’s probably going to take me 5 days.  Once I’m done that, I’ve got another load of keywords to turn into sites in this niche…

It’s going to be a bit of a gamble with these other keywords since the product I’m promoting only offers a solution to these people’s problems as a side bonus booklet…This is the case for 15 of the 28 newly registered domains.

For the other 13, they’re not particularly buying keywords, however in the Google Keyword Research Tool, the green advertiser competition bar is more than 1/2 full for them…it will be an experiment…I’ve gone after similar non-buying keywords in this niche before and wound up converting 1:300…The better keywords in this niche convert 1:180 or 1:200…So worst case scenario, I’ll just be seeing more 1:300 conversions, which is fine by me considering there’s a lot of potential for traffic here.

Day 50 – 6 More Sites + Hubpages?

Well, today I again got 2 more websites done…most of the websites I’ve been creating have been getting indexed the very next day, so I’ve been going back and posting up the last review page for those….

Just to refresh your memories, I registered 23 domains in my main sniper niche which are all .net’s….they are for the same keywords I’ve already targeted with .orgs.  I’ve only got 6 more of these sites to do until I’m done creating the .net versions of my already existing .org keyword domains.

I noticed today that one of my new sites I just put up has already gotten a sale today.  It  took 19 hops before getting the 1 sale, but it’s still too early to tell if my new method of writing the sales copy for all these sites is causing improved conversions, or if this is just by luck that I converted a sale so fast…will have to wait and see how my other new sites written in the same fashion do.

Aside from this, I’ve been talking with Ben a bit about Hubpages.  Ben participated in Court’s 100 hubs in 30 days challenge and was quite successful in developing a nice adsense income as a result.  I’ve gotten a  few pointers from him and am considering having another go at it with this new information.  If I can find time in between my sniper site creation, I’m going to see if I can squeeze in some Hubpages.

One thing I did today that was Hubpage related was go back to my 10 Hubpages I created and interlink my hubs a bit.  What I did was the following:

Have Hub 2 link to Hub 1

Have Hub 3 link to Hub 1 and 2

Have Hub 4 link to Hub 1,2 and 3

Have Hub 5 link to Hub 1,2,3 and 4

Have Hub 6 link to Hub 1,2,3,4 and 5

Have Hub 7 link to Hub 1,2,3,4,5 and 6

Have Hub 8 link to Hub 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 7

Have Hub 9 link to Hub 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8

Have Hub 10 link to Hub 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9

Now apparently you’re allowed only 2 external links, but there is no limit on the # of links to your own hubs.  With this backlinking method, there are only 1 way links, however the linking is not evenly distributed and Hub 10 is left with no links.  I’ll be doing this though unless I can come up with any better linking strategy between the hubs.

Another tip I got was to target keywords as low as 200 exact searches..it would certainly be a lot easier to rank for such keywords…

Day 49 – Day Of Monies

Well, got through another day of building sites, I put up another 2 sites today which leaves 8 sites for me to build before I get into a few new keywords…

Today was a KILLER day for me in terms of sales…In fact I’ve never had a larger sales day than today..

NOTE:  On June 11th, truth be told, I purchased a CB product through my own link, hence the $163.75 commission day there should actually be  around $96.51 and the weekly totals should read as:

Nevertheless, you’ll still be able to see from this screenshot how my CB income in the last 1 month has doubled and seems to now be at at least $500/week(I still have 1 day to go before this week is over):

*Total for Today = $173.59!*

Can’t wait to see what my income will be like once these next 8 sites + the 28 I registered recently are done!  I would love to see this trend continue and bring my income to $750/week in another month…

Once I get to 1k/week, around 4k a month, I’ll be getting 4.4k/month CAN which is a little over 50k/year..I’ll pretty much be set then, hope that day comes soon :>

Day 48 – 2 More Sites Down + 28 New Domains

Today I got another 2 sniper sites completed…in addition to that I also had my eye on around 28 domains in the same niche…I finally decided to just go ahead and register the whole lot.  So now I’ve basically committed myself to the remaining 10 websites + these 28, that’s 38 websites which will likely take me close to a month to get through (factoring in promotion time with UAW).

These new domains also have pretty good traffic, just like my current sniper sites in the main sniper niche…the keywords range from 5.4 – 14.8k searches for exact match and I should be able to rank on page 1 for most of them pretty easy.

For any other niche where you can at least get 1:100 conversion, this would be a goldmine, however in the niche I’m in, conversions are likely to be 1:200 or 1:300.

In addition to all this, I did also spend time in Alex & Geroge’s training seminar…not much else new to report other than that.

Day 47 – 2 More Sites Down, 12 To Go

Since I started creating more sniper sites for keywords I’ve already targetted with .orgs by using up the .nets, I’ve seen my sites take some first page rankings…As for the hops the’ve been able to generate, here are the stats(all sites are on page 1):

KW1: .org = #1 (26 hops), .net = #3 (10 hops)

KW2: .net = #7 (3 hops)… My old .org site is not showing up on first page for this at the moment

KW3: .org #7 (10 hops), .net = #10 (1 hop)

I’m sure over time, especially after a UAW submission, the results of these new domains will improve…

Once I’m done with the remaining 12 sites, I’ve got about 20-28 more keywords in this niche that I can target…I tried making sniper sites in other niches and never saw the kind of results that I did from this, so I figure, why not just totally mine this one out since I know it’s yielding results?  It might not convert that great, but it makes up for that in traffic volume.

So aside from this, tomorrow there is another seminar being held by Alex and George Brown, which I’ll be attending…I think it’s going to be 3 hours again.  I only showed up for 1 hour of the first one and I haven’t yet had the time to go over the other 2 hours I missed, so I’m a bit behind…

Well, I’ll report back on my impressions of the new method once I get a good understanding of what it’s all about…

  • Adsense = $6.17 (woah, I just noticed that one of the clicks I got was for one of the 10 hubpages I made while experimenting with the hubpage adsense challenge, was a pretty decently priced click too)

**OK I just checked out the hubpage click a bit more…according to my analytics, it came from a hub which is currently sitting on #2 of page 3 in Google.  I haven’t been getting many visitors to the hubpages I have though.. its been under 5 /day.
